Furnished with guests in mind this modern two bedroom unit on the second floor has lift access and air-conditioning. The open plan living area has comfy couches with large sliding doors opening onto a private balcony with BBQ and with partial views of the pool area. The kitchen comes equipped with all that you need to prepare a delicious meal.
Master bedroom with queen bed enjoys its own private balcony for a quiet morning coffee and the second bedroom has a tri-bunk bed for a perfect family get away. The modern, renovated bathroom has a shower with separate bath. There is also a washing machine and dryer.
Pinnacle is one of the sought after holiday properties in Forster as the complex features secure building access, BBQ facilities, in ground pool, sauna, half tennis court, lift and single lock up garage for small vehicle only.
Linen is provided but please make sure you bring along your beach towels!

Communication throughout was very clear and timely replies were received throughout the booking period. We collected apartment keys from the after-hours safe - a very easy process.
We arrived at the property to find the garage in a very awkward location, with no chance of our Ranger fitting (with storage cabinetry fitted to the far wall), and instead parked in the visitor parking area.
There was no issue to access the building - the apartment itself is well laid out with nice furnishings. We were aware to bring our own linen (incl sheets, towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) - though a little disappointed to realise there was literally nothing provided in the way of basic condiments, foil, cling wrap, paper towel, washing liquid (bar a single sachet), bin liners, dish scourer, soap (bar one small hotel-room hand soap - 2ppl for 3 nights), shampoo, toilet paper (bar a half roll on the holder) - meaning, you need to bring absolutely everything with you when staying at this property (else an expensive shop at the local supermarket for items we would have brought from home, had we known there was nothing provided). :(
There is no WiFi which we found hard to believe would not be standard in any holiday rental property these days - we've certainly not come across this before.
There are no flyscreens in the toilet or bathroom, so we kept the windows open and the doors closed to keep the mozzies out of the living areas.
There is no air-conditioning in the bedrooms, which got quite warm from early morning (though cooled down at night if we left the air conditioner running overnight).
All appliances work well however, some of the cooking utensils could do with being replaced - the egg slide is appalling and there's no grater (lucky I brought my own).
The hot water is scorching hot and should be temperature controlled to meet current building regulations. Very dangerous and caught me out a number of times. :(
There's a rise in floor level when entering the kitchen area - a dangerous trip hazard, particularly for an elderly person which could result in a nasty fall (which did catch us out on a number of occasions).
The complex is quiet, the balcony outlook is private and doesn't look into other apartments. The shower is hot and the water flow is good. The bed is OK, if you like a hard mattress. The location is within walking distance to town shops, cafes, etc.
Comfortable - could do with some upgrades/inclusions.

It is correct that the apartment does not provide Wi-Fi, however we do try to be more than honest in our advertising and correspondence of this, even recommending local internet cafes for our guests, we do apologise if this was a downfall for you.

This apartment is great for a small group 4-5 people. It is clean, well-equipped, light and airy and a short walk to both the beach, shops and restaurants. It is on the second floor but has a lift which is fantastic. There is a spacious balcony, although no ocean view but it doesn't really matter.
I can highly recommend this property.
