You will LOVE this spacious 3 bed/2 bath home* in the heart of Flagler Beach! This charming mid-century cottage is located on a corner lot only one block from the beach and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and parks.

The private, fenced-in backyard has a large, covered patio that’s a perfect spot to relax and connect with family or friends. Early mornings or late evenings on the screened-in front porch are a treat: With windows facing the ocean, you can feel the breeze as you settle into one of the rocking chairs with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

On a rainy day, or after a fun day in the sun, cuddle up in the spacious living room with some board games or a good book. Streaming cable and WiFi are also available for some down time after the beach.

A fully-equipped kitchen, beach toys and boogie boards, an outdoor shower for washing off all that beach sand, and a laundry room with washer and dryer make this a great house for families! Please note that while we welcome families with children, the home is not fully child proofed, and for their safety, children should be supervised by an adult at all times.

Each of the 3 bedrooms is equipped with a television and streaming cable. Necessities such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash are available. Linens are provided as well.

Flagler Beach is a true hidden gem of a beach town where you can escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. The town boasts a laid-back, small town feel, while still being a short drive away from world class attractions and activities. And this home’s location in Flagler gives you easy access to everything you need for a memorable vacation: In addition to the beach, many great oceanfront restaurants, an ice cream shop, art galleries and shops, and the town’s main plaza are just a few steps away.

Take a 30 minute drive north along scenic A1A to visit historic St. Augustine, or travel about the same distance south to visit Daytona Beach and its famous speedway. Orlando’s theme parks are about an hour and a half drive away. If you want to keep it local, you can charter a boat or rent a kayak at nearby Bing’s Landing or visit a nearby state park like Washington Oaks Gardens State Park or Gamble Rogers Memorial State Recreation Area. Check out the local surf scene with a surf board, paddle board or body board rental at surf shops located just a few steps away.

The second unit is a converted garage unit which is occupied by our onsite hostess and is not for rent.
