Perfect fishing cottage

The property was a perfect location quiet spacious. Jon was very responsive and easy to deal with, great fishing, great locals. Was a little dissapointed the pinball machine wasnt working but that happens, we thouroughly enjoyed playing pool and space invaders after a long days fishing. Overall brilliant.

Would not recommend this rental for the cost

It was so dirty having rats and mice run a muck at night and there shit in the cupboards also half of what they offer out of service, crummy , disgusting, again would not recommend to anyone. Shit.

Way over priced and not accurate of description

Way to expensive for a 2 night stay for what we got! Advertising misleading as it says renovated retreat, king & queen beds, etc It was only "renovated" in a couple parts of the house the rest was old and dirty. The beds were only double and single beds the mattresses were terrible 'futon mattresses' to sleep on and there were frogs living in the bathrooms! When we arrived the floors hadn't obviously been cleaned as sand all through the floors. Weeds overgrown out backyard and not set up for 10 people as only had 5 outdoor chairs! Then after I had booked was asked to take rubbish to tip on the way out of town but it was closed! I don't mind staying in a old run down house but the price should match the quality! Not charge prices like this and get nothing they say for it! Feel very ripped off! Bemm River nice place, pub & fishing good! But house not happy wont be back!
