The property is 3 miles from Fort Desoto, which was rated #1 beach in the United States in 2005. Bring your own bicycles to enjoy the bike path which is accessible from our property into Fort DeSoto which is a Pinellas County Park. The park has miles of beautiful beaches where you can purchase refreshments, roller blade, fish off the pier, rent camp sites, launch boats or have any kind of fun in the sun you can imagine! Easy access to interstate highways. Tampa International Airport is a quick 25 minute drive. Beaches and restaurants are 5 minute drive. This is one of the best waterfront properties on the island of Tierra Verde!! Views of Boca Ciega Bay (Tampa Bay) and the Sunshine Skyway Bridge! Cycle to Ft. This is a private end unit with an unobstructed, 2nd floor balcony view of the pristine Tampa Bay and palm trees swaying in the breeze. Your panoramic view of the open water and Sunshine Skyway bridge lit in the distance will create an aura of tranquility as you dine on the balcony enjoying the stillness of the night. Frequently you will observe the frolicking dolphins and manatee as they swim offshore from the pier.

The condo can sleep 6. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a full bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed with a 2nd bathroom in the hallway. The living room has a queen size sleep sofa. There is a dining room that seats 6; the kitchen is stocked with pans, dinnerware, silverware, glasses and cooking utensils. Bed linen and towels provided. The entire condo has tiled floors. High speed, wireless internet and cable TV provided. The patio has a table and chairs with a water view. This unit is located on the second floor with a private staircase. Ample parking available. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed.

Tierra Verde is a quiet island but within 10 minutes drive you can be surrounded by the bustle of St. Pete Beach, St. Petersburg or other surrounding communities. Area activities: Professional football (Tampa Bay Buccaneers), Professional baseball (Tampa Bay Rays), Professional hockey (Tampa Bay Lightning) and Busch Gardens Theme Park.

Tierra Verde is approximately 3 miles from St. Pete Beach and Dolphin Village Shopping Center!

PROPERTY RENTAL RULES:
50% Deposit will hold your reservation until 30 days before arrival when the full balance is due along with security deposit.

The Security Deposit will be returned no later than 14 days after the end of the rent day.
