Welcome to the sublime panoramic views of Kingston city and it's fascinating water ways, all from your living room/garden, the property has its own private garden, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, we also accommodate viewings with your local representative. European style apartment in a wonderful Caribbean setting, what more could you want.

The property is furnished with a modern European contemporary feel, clean defined finishes, rain fall shower, solar tube lighting flooding the bathroom with natural light by day, a fully equiped kitchen and the living room is furnished with comfortable wide body sofas and a 65 inch Samsung curve TV which creates a cinimatic experience.

We are able to provide, at extra change a phone & degicel SIM for the duration of your stay, so you can stay in touch from the first minute you enter the property from the airport.

Check out time is 11am, Check in time is 4pm
Please note that the apartment is non smoking and please be considerate with noise - no loud music or shouting

I had a wonderful time staying there, I really hate to leave.

This was the first time in over 16 years I had an opportunity to be in jamaica during Christmas and New Years and I must say viewing the fire works from the balcony was out of this world. This will be place to stay when I am in Jamaica.

With such outstanding views of Kingston from the balcony, it was hard to leave the condo. Modern decor and amenities complete the condo, making this a superb unit in a safe , secure condo community in Kingston. I have already recommended it to a friend and can't wait to return myself. One of the best in Kingston.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!

Mr. Anderson the owner & Mr. Kata, the house manager were very friendly, caring, professional, and attentative. The condo was spacious and very accommodating, super clean and well equipped with kitchenware & supplies; also had the most phenomenal city views I have ever seen!!!! I was more than happy with every facet of my stay. So much so that I plan on returning later in the year! Thank you for the amazing hospitality & accommodations!!! This property by far...... blows all others out of the park; , we stayed in various locations to experience most of the island during this visit!!! This was the best one!!! Sincerely, Ada Dorcé

Tanya Beckford 's stay at the Balcony

The view from the balcony was amazing! I really enjoyed my stay there, it was clean and comfortable and I will definitely visit again. I recommended this location to my friend, but when she tried to make a reservation she found out that it was booked out all the way through the summer. That's how awesome it was there! I'm heading down there again for August, so I definitely have to personally contact Mick to make sure I have at least one night stay.

Great location, great view, outstanding service

The property is located on an upscale neighborhood, with view to the city and the ocean. If you are driving, it's close to the main avenues. Also, Mick and his team were very responsive.
