This is our 2nd time in this house in 3 years. Very clean and fits our needs. It could be amazing with some simple updates to appliances and kitchen equipment. Overall, would stay again.
We just stayed here for a guys golf trip and the house was perfect! The house was in great condition and was a great setup for a bunch of friends to get together. Close to everything you need and great golf all within 5-10 minutes. Would recommend and we will definitely be back!
Some buddies and myself came down and stayed this past week. Home was clean, great location and great for entertaining. Owner was very responsive when we had a question or two. Would stay again!

Outstanding HHI Vacation!
This house's size, location, and features were terrific for our group. We had way more space than we needed (which is great when you're traveling w/ kids) and the ability to heat the pool was a total win for the kids when we didn't want to leave the house. We would absolutely look at this property for a future visit.
The house was perfect for 20 people. It was very comfortable and a very nice house. The neighborhood was very nice and the owner was also very helpful.
Everything worked out great. House is in pretty neighborhood with plenty of shopping and restaurants to choose from. Only thing the house lacked was a powder room on first floor.
Everything was clean and comfortable, we had plenty of room for everyone!!! The well stocked kitchen allowed us to save money on eating out and spend time preparing meals together, which we all love!!! We would definitely come back!!!
Nice place, had family stay for area wedding. Slept 16 in our group. Large community areas. Lots of storage & kitchen was well stocked. Pool area was nice to use but could use some updating.
Stayed at this house with about 15 other guys for a Hilton Head golf trip. Great house for large groups. The outdoor and pool area was a nice place to lounge and the kitchen and living area could accommodate all of us to watch the opening weekend of the NCAA Basketball Tournaments. Would recommend this property to others.
Enough bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms to comfortably accommodate 4 families of 4 each, plus 3 singles. The cousins had a big room w 3 full sz beds, an arcade game, and foos ball. The 11 or 12 foot ceilings throughout added to the spacious feel in every room. Lots of windows letting in mass quantities of natural light added to the impression of luxury. The kitchen was big enough for 8 people to be working on simultaneous tasks! Nothing was crowded or short of chairs in the living/dining area, until mealtime, when we easily pulled chairs from the back porch to seat our 12 adults at the spacious dining table. The 7 kids ate in the adjoined living area seated around the large padded coffee table. The prop mgr was just a text away & came promptly to see why the pool heat had stopped working, which was an easy fix. We had a really wonderful stay !!!! Yes there is a Keureg, no there is not a crockpot. The pool is small, so lap swimming is futile, but it’s beautiful and still plenty of fun. The 3 toilets I used in the house were all the old conventional height, not the now-standard “comfort” height. This is really hard on the knees for a senior citizen, but not a deal breaker in the face of all the great qualities this house offers. Everyone enjoyed the house, neighborhood, and beach access (though it’s a hike) ! We would rent this one again !!

Convenient Stay, but Poorly Maintained (& bugs!)
The house is pretty run down — dishwasher leaks, moulding is falling off, shower doors don’t close properly, keurig is moldy, furniture and pool area has wear and tear, etc. We also spotted two cockroaches in the kitchen and living area! While the location was pretty good (a few blocks away from the beach - not walkable with kids though) I wouldn’t recommend staying here based on the state of the home. House manager was responsive to messages, but never made an effort to rectify issues (eg said he’d send a repair person that never showed up). House wasn’t relaxing, but it did accommodate a large group so that was good I guess!
Master bedroom: window sills need more sealant to prevent bugs from coming into the home; all floors need to be swept and mopped; Appliances that don’t work:- The refrigerator in the garage - The Keurig in the kitchen - The in the wall microwave in the kitchenNeed to replace filter in the refrigerator All smoke alarms need to be checked and batteries changed2nd FLR: Jack and Jill shower door was hard to open and close for the entire weekend stay. On Sunday, 5/18/25 morning, the door came apartInforming the clients that the master bathroom tub did not work.
We stayed in this property for a family reunion, with half the family in this home and half in another property on the same street. This house was perfect for our needs! It was clean, the pool was perfect for hanging out, we were walkable to the beach. And there was a closet full of beach chairs, pool toys etc. Also, since we were a large group, the second fridge in the garage was extremely helpful! The best part was how responsive the property manager was when we had a few minor questions (couldn't find the wifi, for example). He also took care of raising and then lowering the temp on the pool for us--it was fantastic. I would absolutely rent this property again!

Exterminator needed
The property is in a nice neighborhood and the house is very spacious. However, my family woke up to roaches in the house. There was a large roach on one of the pillows that my sister had been sleeping on. There also was a roach in the ice maker as well as a flying roach in the kitchen cabinet. The morning that it was time for me to pack my things a roach was crawling on the bathroom sink. Please get an exterminator to this home immediately. It is a very nice house but the roaches turned our experience to a 1 star.

We are so sorry to hear about this. We have monthly pest control and rarely have an issue. The only time we have had an issue in the past is when guests have left doors and windows open. We are on a barrier island with which means outside we have bugs (especially palmetto bugs that live in the palm trees). They can fly on to or into the house if doors and windows are open. Again hate to hear that happened and is certainly a rarity but hopefully future guests will be mindful about keeping the doors and windows closed.

Not heading south again from August to October
The place was very nice. We had to leave after 3 days due to mandatory evacuation. The downside was the fact that only one TV had local channels and was extremely difficult to figure out Remote(s). The place had listed that there was an elevator in which we had 3 individuals who could of used it due to being handicapped. Also, the trash cans were full when we arrived, so there was no place to put our trash. Positives were the place was very nice and room enough for our 15 ladies. I would suggest having hurricane information. We did have insurance but it had to be cancelled before we arrived.
tub on 3rd floor leaks into ceiling light in room below-very dangerous. Manager's solution--don't take baths. Dishwasher leaks, 1 teaspoon, no platters for food. No dusting or vacuuming done. Stairs to pool area have torn carpet and the handrails are filthy. Sticker vines growing next to pool. Manager never showed after he said he would to fix tv. I would like a response. I think you should remove this house from your listing until fixed.

I think the guest is confused. This was a large group and she may not have realized many of the items she mentioned were handled with another group in her party. Day one they needed a new remote for the tv which was delivered in minutes. They were having an issue with the internet late one night. I offered to come take a look but I received a text saying it was all good. The bath tub simply leaks if you put to much water in it and it goes through the overflow. As far as the other items I was not aware of them. I will agree the "exterior" indoor outdoor carpet going to the garage has seen better days but it is only in the garage. The entire interior of the house has hard surface flooring as of 2020. This was a large group and I think messages were not being relayed back to this particular member of the party but I assure you all known issues were addressed in a timely fashion. She may want to reach out to the rest of her group and then do the right thing and revise her review.
We stayed for a week at Hilton Head Island. We did en interns couple of issues l, but the property manager was quick to respond and addressed them.
We loved the area and spent a great deal of time either biking or at the pool.
The online description of the property was a little outdated and left out some important Derek’s but we adjusted and had a great time.
The pool was quite a bit smaller than it looked and there was not a pool size in the description. It does not say you have to access it through the garage via geo sets of stairs. The hallway bathroom in the second floor is actually where the washer and dryer are now. It also says it is pet friendly but it is not.
Despite thst the house was huge and fit our family comfortably. We were able to play games at the kitchen table with plenty of room for all. We took bike rides through the park. We had breakfast at Harold’s Diner which we highly recommend. Definitely food with an attitude! Very good and very entertaining. Will definitely come back!
We are a family of 17 (14 adults + 5 kids), plus dogs, and the house was great for such a large group. We really enjoyed the house, pool, nearby beach, and the kids all enjoyed the various games on property. There are some maintance issues that need to be addressed, but we still enjoyed our time. The issues were inconveniences, but should be addressed.
-the ice maker in the kitchen leaks (forms puddle overnight and then again during the day), but we just turned it off and it stopped leaking. Unfortnately that meant we had to buy all the ice we needed.
-the 2nd fridge in the garage was not cooling and the freezer was not freezing. We used the freezer side as the refridgerator.
-Bathroom next to the kitchen doesn't lock
-washing machine sqeaks very loudly when agitating (but still works)
-Plastic drain cover at bottom of pool was broken in half and uncomforatble to step on
Every year my husband and I and 4-5 other couples rent a property in Hilton Head to celebrate our anniversary. The house was very spacious and bright! We fell in love with the outside patio with the ping pong tables. The PAC-Man game was also a hit! It took all of us 50+ers back to our childhood! There were a few things I was not pleased with like it looked like someone literally tried to kick the door in as the wood was splintered right next to the door knob. The guests before us left the remnants of their pancake breakfast in the trash can. I guess the wear and tear from all the years of dragging suitcases across the floor made dints in the floor to look like dirt which was not the case. Also, just little smudges on the walls could be tightened up a bit. I know these houses take a beating from different renters but the cleaners get paid well according to my cleaning fee. Aside from those little tidbits this house suited us all perfectly! I would definitely recommend and rent it again if we are allowed!
There was a 15 minutes walk to the beach with no sidewalk. The Downstairs A/C unit did not work properly and it was so hot. Ceiling in the dining area was leaking so bad that the floor was wet most of the time, and they were not able to fix it. Garage doors were disconnected so we had to open and close them by hand.We were told by management that they will take care of the problems, but nothing happened. Very small pool(pot hole) with no privacy (4' away from neighbor's house) that could hardly fit 10 people!! Overall this house was miss represented so perfectionaly that you can not imagine.Bad experience that it stays with us forever.

This guest accidentally booked two properties and wanted out of one. After they arrived they made up a bunch if issues to try and get out of the rental. Any and all "Real issues" were corrected immediately. This is an attempt to slander the property. We would not rent to this guest ever again.
This large property is a full time rental with high occupancy (per the property manager (PM)) leaving little time for maintenance. Issues included:1) The 1st step on the 2nd floor stair step had a broken stair nose molding that was loose and raise up. That loose stair nose molding resulted in one of our adult family members tripping and falling down the stairs resulting in a broken bone and half the night in the HH Hospital ER.2)The pool water was below the first step when we arrived. The PM sent a pool guy the next day and we added water with a hose so that the pump did not burn up. He said keep the water slowly filling as there is a known leak.3)The dish washer leaks leaving a puddle on the kitchen floor (a safety hazard). We had towels in front to address the leak.4)The refrigerator leaks on the defrost cycle leaving a puddle on the kitchen floor (a safety hazard). We had towels in front to address the leak.5)The coffee pot leaked.6)Blackmold around several of the AC vents in multiple rooms7)Black mold on the ceiling on the 3rd floor bedroom closet.8)The kitchen sink faucet had a broken button leaving it on spray.9)The refrigerator ice maker was broken, but rather than repair it, a small countertop ice maker was providedd that was of little use for a house that sleeps 24 people. 10)The garage door key pad opener attached to the outside wall does not work (likely needs a battery)I have more but ran out of room.
