Beautiful, well-kept cozy cabin surrounded by tall Ponderosa pine trees in popular and quiet Pinetop Lakes, close to Sunrise Ski Park. Enjoy a view of the outdoors from the wall of windows in the great room. Relax in the pleasant summer temperatures under one of two covered patios or on the sunny wrap-around deck. Work remotely at one of two desks equipped with high speed wifi and printer. After a long day, nap or read a book in the hammock in the shadow of the large pines. Or, in the winter, stay toasty warm around the floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with gas logs. An open floor plan kitchen invites socializing among family and friends. For the outdoor enthusiast, skiing, hiking, fishing, golfing, horseback riding, and ATV trails are just minutes away. Or, enjoy a night out at the one of the many bars and restaurants nearby, and the Hon Dah casino is only 5 minutes away.

Our cabin sleeps seven in 3 bedrooms and a loft with a bed. Refresh and recoup in comfortable hotel-quality bedding. We have a pack-n-play for guests with infants. We stock the cabin with family-friendly games, puzzles, and playing cards to enjoy your time together.

We know that you will enjoy our relaxing mountain retreat as much as we do.

- Comfortable sleeping for up to 7 (2-king beds, 1- queen bed, 1-full bed)

- 25 min drive to Sunrise ski resort

While we welcome guests who wish to rent for an entire month, we do not offer monthly rentals during the months of June, July, and December.

We take pride in the reviews we get that indicate how clean and well-maintained the cabin is. Part of keeping it that way for all our guests is our no-pets and no-smoking policy. We know that many families have pets that are part of the family. However, if you live in the Phoenix area, we'd happy to give you a recommendation on pet boarding. Additionally, we don't allow any smoking within the cabin or on the surrounding deck.

We had a good time at the Reindeer cabin. The cabin was comfortable, clean and bright inside. It was an ideal place to get away to the mountains! Mark was very helpful in making sure our stay was a good experience.

This was one of the best houses I’ve stayed in. They had anything I could possibly need and all the comforts imaginable. The king bed was extremely comfortable and the outside area was so nice to enjoy. The most outstanding part was the quick response time of the owner. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had the best time at this cabin! I usually prefer to stay at a hotel but this house is awesome! It was clean, comfortable and truly felt like home. Will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed staying at this cabin. We have rented many properties and this was the cleanest, well maintained property we have experienced. Everything at this property was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the patio as well. It is also a great area for walking.

We really enjoyed the house in Pinetop. Great sitting room with a nice view, wrap-around deck, quiet neighborhood, and plenty of space. We even saw a huge elk snacking in the neighborhood. Thanks for the great vacation!

This cabin was perfection! It was so cozy and cute yet very modernized! We were so impressed with all of the features. The hosts really thought of every little thing you could ever want or need for your stay! The beds are SO comfortable, the bathrooms were beautiful, towels were soft, the whole place was spotless. Reindeer House worth the trip

Reindeer House was clean, well equipped and in a nice quiet neighborhood surrounded by Poderosa Pines. The bed was comfy. We would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful cabin

You can't find better cabin to stay at . Beds were very comfortable what is rare for vacation rental . Kitchen is stocked with everything you need and whole cabin was very nicely decorated. We will be back for sure !

A lovely getaway

We recently stayed at Reindeer Cabin for a winter getaway with friends. The cabin was spacious, well cared-for and very comfortable. The owner has considered little details to ensure the stay is enjoyable and was easily reached for little questions during our stay. We would love to stay here again!

Best cabin in Pinetop!

This cabin was absolutely amazing! Our family had the best getaway to the snow. The cabin was clean, comfortable and cozy. Mark is a fantastic host and communicated before the stay and during the stay to ensure we had everything we needed. I cannot say enough about Mark and the cabin and we cannot wait to go back!

Fun and wonderful cabin!

We loved the Reindeer cabin! The beds were plush and comfy, the kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean and nice! We love the location of this cabin, it’s tucked in one of our favorite Pinetop neighborhoods and is a great neighborhood for walking and families to enjoy! Mark was also very friendly and communicative. He has gone above and beyond to make the cabin and Pinetop a relaxing place to spend time and have fun - the extra touches like his guide that can be accessed via a QR code on a coaster was really neat and I wish every VRBO had something like that!

Quick summer getaway

My wife, 3 kids and myself wanted one last trip out of town before school started back up. This house was perfect for our needs! Good size house with plenty of beds and 3 bathrooms! The owner, Mark, was very helpful and responsive.
