About this property

Spacious 2-suite Condo 5-Minute Walk to the Beach.

In addition to our condo's view of the pool and tennis courts, we believe you will be delighted to discover Oceanwalk's 2025 major renovations. We love the re-envisioned outdoor pool, atrium, indoor hot tub and heated pool area and the facade.

Our fully air-conditioned 1210 square foot villa includes all new stunning random plank flooring, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a full kitchen along with a living-dining area, and a den. There are 2 balconies with a beautiful view of the outdoor pool and outdoor recreation area. The condo is equipped with HD Cable, Two 4K TV, and free Wi-Fi. There is a heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi for those rainy days or to unwind at days' end.

The condo layout is ideal for 4 adults. A family of 4 or 5 will also appreciate our floor plan as it is divided into an A-Side and a B- Side with separate entrance doors off the hallway. There is another interior door that separates these two sides.

The A Side living room has a couch/recliner and a 4K TV. The living room area opens onto a large balcony facing southeast and overlooks the outdoor pool. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a Jamison Resort Mattress and a private bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

The B Side has a den with a sofa queen sleeper (probably only kid-friendly), 4K TV, a wet bar and small refrigerator. The B-Side bedroom is 12ft by 20ft with a queen-sized bed with a Jamison Resort Mattress. The B-Side bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is a balcony off the bedroom that overlooks the outdoor pool area.

If you love to cook/bake you will enjoy the A-Side's completely renovated and fully-equipped kitchen that includes Whirlpool appliances, new dishwasher, and granite countertops. The refrigerator is equipped with an ice maker. An air fryer, George Foreman grill, Hamilton Beach drip/k-cup coffee maker, French press and coffee bean grinder are just some of the amenities. The state-of-the art 2024 GE Profile Front load Washer/Ventless Dryer Combo DOES REQUIRE our guests to use only Tide he detergent, which is provided. (Trust us! You are going to want one for your home!)

Purchasing trip cancellation insurance is encouraged as there are no refunds for Force Majeure (the acts of God). This is due to the nature of weather patterns in this region.

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and we loved our stay in this condo. We have already booked our next stay. The owners were so kind and helpful. The condo was very well stocked with everything we could have needed. We were so close to the beach, shops and many restaurants, only needing our bikes to get around.

Fabulous Month on Hilton Head Island

We had a fabulous month on Hilton Head Island! The condo was beautiful and has a great location near Coligny and the beach. We had a pretty view of the outdoor pool (there is also an indoor pool and hot tub). The communication was excellent with the owners and they answered our questions and gave us great recommendations.

With hurricane Florence, we weren't sure this vacation was going to happen. Rodney was great keeping us informed of the islands situation and quick to respond to our questions. We loved our beach vacation! The condo is great, has everything you need and then some. It is very spacious and well decorated. Conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We were able to rent bikes close to the condo. We enjoyed riding on the bike trails as well as on the beach. Looking forward to visiting again!

The condo was outstanding! It was very spacious, clean, nicely updated and decorated! The indoor and outdoor pools were very nice. The owners had a beach wagon along with beach chairs that were very convenient to use. The walk to the beach was a little farther then I like. It took us about six or seven minutes and we had to cross a busy street. However, the condo is centrally located to Coligny Plaza and in a nice area.

We loved our stay in the this condo!! The condo is very clean. Very comfortable beds that are some of the best we’ve slept on when out of town. The fold out couch is really only comfy for a child, wouldn’t recommend for an adult. They have so many items you will need from kitchen items to beach cart, tent, and chairs. Nice not to have to pack all of that. Close to everything, we think it’s the best area on island. Hope to rent again next year.

Why they chose this property

We both have always enjoyed beach vacations and being within walking distance of the heart of a place. Hilton Head Island impressed us for many reasons: golf, biking and walking paths, kayaking, the ocean, great seafood, and, of course, the beach, just across So. Forest Beach Drive! We are also history buffs and the Island offers many interesting places, such as the Mitchelville Freedom Park, civil war sites, and Daufuskie Island, a short ferry ride away.
Also check out the Coastal Discovery Museum at coastaldiscoverymuseum.org and the Lowcountry Celebration Park across from Coligny Plaza at hiltonheadislandsc.gov. Our grandchildren love to come and enjoy all the exciting activities available around us. We love to share our condo with our guests and many book repeatedly!
