A luxury 5 bedroom villa with its own pool and fantastic views. The villa is located in a small urbanisation in an elevated position above Nerja, looking out to sea. The size of the villa offers scope for large groups or several families. It is detached and has been built and furnished to a high standard and has its own pool, parking, several terraces and gardens. The villa is both comfortable and spacious, on three levels, each of which has its own terrace with stunning views of the sea. The beach is in walking distance (5 minutes drive away). It has satellite TV/DVD. WIFI now available. Close to the centre of the charming town of Nerja which offers a good selection of shops, restaurants, nightclubs and beaches. Nearby are the renowned Nerja Caves whilst Malaga airport is only 45 minutes away. A large water park is 30 minutes drive away. To the North East is the beautiful and historic city of Granada. Skiing is also close by. Along the beach there are many beautiful restaurants.

Happy holiday

Spent 11 nights at this villa in august, and had a really good time. We were a family of 8, and it was ideal for us. We did have 2 hire cars, which we really needed. It is a steep hill to walk up, and although the younger family members were fine, it was a bit much for myself. We did most of our shopping at Lidl, which was a short ride away. There was a barbecue which we used one night. The air con was very good and although you have to pay for it we found it very cheap All in it was a good experience and woukd be willing to return in the future.

Stort hus plads til mange men slidt og ikke særligt hyggeligt eller luksus. Der var kun lige det man havde brug for i værelserne. Der var beskidt under sengene. Solsenge og dertil hynder virker beskidte. Der tages depositum for a/c og det står ingen steder når du booker, det var dig ikke så dyrt selvom vi brugte det i alle rum Tænker ikke man kan bo deruden bil.

Det var kallt i huset och värmen fungerade inte i alla rum. Dåligt med husgeråd. Vi var nio personer och det fanns bara åtta gafflar. Fula plastglas i olika modeller. Kändes som billiga loppisfynd i köksskåpen. Farligt med poolen som var tömd men inte täckt. Lätt att ramla ner trots att vi inte hade barn. Det var trångt runt om, där vi solade. Obekväma sängar med plast i. Fantastisk utsikt i ett välskött område. Trots allt så var det prisvärt för ett så stort hus.

We are a group of 11 older adults who had just finished a seven day bike trip from Seville to Grenada, we are all in quite good shape. We very much enjoyed our stay at Kay’s place. Beautiful views, pool, plenty of rooms and bathrooms, quiet neighborhood, nice terraces, good kitchen for cooking and nice barbecue and outdoor space for eating. We would warn people who are doing cooking in like we do that the store is quite a distance in Nerja. You can walk to it, but with all the grocery bags, etc. you need to Uber or taxi back. So, having a car would be a plus for this place. Uber’s were a little spotty. Internet was also spotty for those who had phone service. You can pay about 5 euros a day for decent internet. The internet was probably our biggest issue when we needed to connect with a taxi or call home thru what’s app. Other than that this place is very nice, but wouldn’t recommend it for more than 10 people total, even though it says it can sleep 12.

Mala calidad y mala comunicación con la dueña

En primer lugar tenemos que señalar que la comunicación con la dueña ha sido muy difícil, ya que ella no estaba en España. Dos semanas antes del viaje nos llama de un número Británico diciéndonos que tenemos que pagar una fianza con ingreso en cuenta bancaria de 350 euros. Sabíamos lo de la fianza por que lo pone en las especificaciones, pero lo lógico es hacerla por la aplicación o en mano el día de entrada, nos parecía en los tiempos que corren no ser un procedimiento lo suficientemente seguro para el huéspedes. Por esta parte decir que la plataforma finalmente nos protegio en este pago y la fianza fue devuelta por la propietaria a las semana de la estancia. También decir que la calidad de los muebles de la casa es mala y muchos tienen daños, colchones y almohadas malisimos, las mantas y colchas bastante sucias y las sábanas eran papel de fumar. Como positivo el espacio de los cuartos, hay suficientes cuartos de baño, la cocina está bastante bien con lavavajillas y el comedor es adecuado. También decir que las vistas son maravillosas pero como última pega indicar que para bajar a la piscina hay que bajar tres tramos de escaleras y esta algo aislada de la casa. Pero la piscina estaba muy limpia gracias al muchacho que se encarga de la casa que fue muy amable y la arreglo antes de entrar. En general precio aceptable pero dada la calidad de la vivienda y los problemas de comunicación no repitiriamos.

Lovely house

A large villa, fantastic views over the Med, nice pool and three good terraces for outdoor dining/sunbathing. Comfortable, quiet, very good kitchen. A good place for a large family or a group of friends. The slope up to the property is very steep so it’s not for the faint hearted, though the buses are cheap and regular if you want to leave the car behind. Very enjoyable stay.

Fabulous Pool with Fantastic Views

We, a mixed age family group, have recently returned from a week’s stay in this lovely villa, the location of which provides the most fabulous views from all three balcony levels. The pool is absolutely delightful and is situated so that it has sun from mid-morning to early evening – we felt quite superior to the villas lower down, where the pools only had sun for limited periods of the day!! The downside to the villa’s location is that there is a very steep hill up to it, so we usually returned by taxi (8/9 Euros for four persons to/from Nerja). The villa is spacious and feels very secure due to the fact that all windows are fitted with lockable grids – there are also blinds on each window, which we closed during the day in order to keep the rooms as cool as possible and to keep the need for air-conditioning to a minimum. We spent little time inside the villa, so the fact that some of the furnishings/tv may be a bit dated was not an issue for us. We did, however, make very good use of the balcony adjacent to the kitchen where two small (new) barbecues were provided, with two tables and seating for all. We used taxis to nearby supermarkets - Lidl for basics, inc fruit and veg, and booze (good value) and Supersol for meat and fish. Perhaps ordering online from the Mercadonna supermarket may have proved a better option (if we had been organised) in order to avoid having to pop down the hill to the Marinas hotel hypermarket for the essentials we ran short of (usually bottled water), which was time consuming, as well as more expensive than the normal supermarkets. The hypermarket staff were, however, happy to call a taxi when we didn’t have the energy to carry our purchases back up the hill!! There is a good quality restaurant – Avalon – within walking distance for a special meal and there is also a small bar – Toni/Oasis Bar – within an even shorter walking distance, which offers a good basic menu that we are more than happy to recommend. In Nerja itself, there are lots of restaurants to choose from to suit all budgets. All in all, an ideal villa for any large group that is happy to be away from the main town centre.

Beatiful house with a stunning view

The house was located in a hilly, quiet area close to the ocean close to Nerja. Car required. The house was beautiful. The view from the terrace was stunning. The children loved the pool. The only downside was that there was no information in the house whatsoever and several lights did not work up on arrival. On the other hand, the house was well equipped and there was plenty of room for ten people.
