NON SMOKING - 25 YEARS OR OLDER. Mainsail is a private beach where you won't be slammed in with the public. In fact there is no parking for the public to even get to the beach. Enjoy the spectacular view of the Gulf from your own private balcony in both the living room, and Master bedroom. This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has been recently renovated and upgraded with all the comforts of home. New flooring, new furniture new king bed in the guest room. Mainsail offers two pools (one heated) and a kid splash area, hot tub, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, basketball and exercise room. For your cookouts, there is a grilling area equipped with both gas and charcoal grills, and picnic tables.

No streets to cross! Mainsail is a private, gated beachfront community located on 15 acres with 800 ft. of beach so you aren’t crowded. You cannot ask for a better location, ideally located at the end of Scenic Gulf Drive with powder white sand and emerald waters like no other.

Located across from the famous 'Silver Sands' designer outlets (Coach, Lauren, and Starbucks), and within walking distance of an abundance of shopping and dining, yet secluded with 24-hour security. Near so much, but once on the Mainsail property you are tucked away from it all. You can relax or stay active - at the pool, beach or playing a game of tennis. We are also located only 20 minutes from the Seaside/Watercolor area and 45 minutes from Panama City Beach.

This is a NON SMOKING UNIT, with fully equipped kitchen . We know you will love staying here as much as we do! The renter must be over 25 and present through the entire stay.
NOTE: Surveillance Cameras in place at front entrance and around pool and grounds. There are NO camera's inside the condo. There is one at the entrance facing the elevator and the HOA has camera's place at the pool and other places around the grounds. The purpose of those camera's is for safety.

This is an amazing condo to stay at! It’s right on the beach and has view of the ocean from the balcony! Everything was nice inside the condo and very well decorated. Very clean place with comfortable beds. Will alway continue to stay here when we visit Florida!

By far one of the best mainsail condos we’ve ever stayed in!

Super clean and conveniently located condo. Excellent and quick communication. The condo was also stocked with plenty of towels and washcloths and just little things that made our stay so much more enjoyable. We loved the decor and the beds were so comfortable.

This place was amazing! It’s exactly like it was pictured. I would recommend anyone staying here! The owners were amazing to communicate with and answered every question I had. Great location and easy access to the beach! We will be back to stay here.

Love Mainsail

Our family has stayed at Mainsail property for over 30 years. We love the location. Have stayed in many different condos over the year's at mainsail.. Your condo was beautiful and had all the amenities a family need. Look forward to coming back next year!

Amazing Trip

We have been staying at Mainsail for the past 12 years. This condo was amazing! Clean with all the little extra's that helped make our trip great. The owners were super easy to work with and the description was accurate. The condo felt like home away from home. Definitely would recommend and look forward to staying there again!

A week at Miramar Beach

It was an awesome week. Very short walk to the beach. Grocery store was very close, didn’t have to get in traffic to pick up groceries. Kitchen was very well stocked super clean. It was very quiet and peaceful.

The condo was great, wasn’t quite ready when we arrived but everything worked out. Enjoyed the workout room even though one treadmill was not working. Everything was clean, people were friendly and beaches nice. Need Morher Nature to warm things up next time. We would go back again in a heart beat! Owners were very easy to work, more than accommodating and very helpful!!

Awesome condo!

Our overall experience was great!! Would have rated 5 stars except when we arrived at 4 PM checkin time our condo was not ready yet, and the condo management wanted us to give them another 2 hours. Also our internet did not work in the condo, but we were able to connect to other condo’s wifi. So it wasn’t all bad. The condo itself was amazing probably the nicest place I have stayed in for this price. We would highly recommend and would stay here again!

The bed in the master bed room was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. The Master bathroom and the extra bed room both had a musty mildew smell to them. The kitchen eating area is carpeted. The owners instructions stated to consider drinking white wine and white so as not to stain the carpets. We were charged $150 for a missing coffee machine that we never saw or used and for extra sand clean up.

Beautiful Views comfortable condo

We had a great time and would stay here again. The view from the balcony was great. The beds were comfortable. There were multiple seating options in the living room, all of which were comfortable. Loved that they allowed people to leave condiments and cooking items like oil, salt & pepper for others to use. The kitchen had every gadget I could think of. The beach chairs were great and super easy to get - we just walked up to the attendants near the flag and provided them our room number (FYI the attendants take venmo for tips if you forget cash). The condo had beach towels available (honor system for cleaning them - half of them smelled horrible). There was mention of replacing laundry detergent, but there wasn’t any to replace. We brought our own beach towels and laundry detergent, so it wasn’t an issue. minor complaints: Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom was provided for an entire week stay. It would have been great to have a couple spare rolls. The mirrors in the master bedroom were very dusty and there were several dead bugs in the light fixtures.

Nice condo with good location

Overall, this is a nice property, but we had a few issues when we got there. The cleaning people had left clean dishes in the dishwasher,clothes in the dryer, and clothes in the washer that needed to be dried. I informed the owners and told them that I did not expect to have to take care of these things on a vacation. They said they’ve had the cleaning people for years, and this usually didn’t happen. They even had the cleaners call us and apologize. The dishwasher was also broken for our entire stay. No compensation was offered for the inconviences. The beds were comfortable. However, the living room furniture was not. It was older with sinking cushions on the sofas and chairs. Owners have preference with the beach service so don’t expect a front row beach view. We didn’t know this the first day and had put our towels on a chair early in the day. The beach attendant threw our towels in the sand instead of holding on to them or putting them on another chair. We understand owners having preference but 75% of those chais remained empty. We’ve alway stayed at Mainsail but this was the first time we ever had any problems.

This condo felt more upscale than many of the other properties I've stayed in for this price range. Lots of little touches across the unit and the resort felt clean, safe and was so convenient to the outlets, grocery store, beach etc.

We had such an awesome time at this condo on our yearly girls trip. This condo is great with everything you need. It is on the beach, comfy/cozy and the owners are wonderful. I highly recommend and look forward to staying here again.
