WiFi, game room w pool table & Foosball table, wood-burning fireplace, HD TVs, ROKUs in primary bedroom & downstairs bedroom, washer/dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, crockpot, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker and KEURIG K CLASSIC coffee brewer, dishes, pots/pans, and more. Large wrap-around deck with hot tub and gas-linked barbecue.

Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Trash must be taken to one of two disposal sites in Big Bear Lake (addressed to these sites are posted throughout the cabin). Trash must not be left at the cabin at check out
All tv/roku remotes must be returned to their respective rooms
Spa cover must be on the spa when not in use and upon check out, lower temp to 80
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
ALL TRASH MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY; FAILURE results in charge of $250 DISPOSAL FEE for1st bag DO NOT leave in neighbors' bins. STRICT

Our extended family enjoyed a long Thanksgiving weekend at this cabin. While the kitchen is dated, the appliances seem new and were sufficient for heating up our Thanksgiving dinner. There were plenty of dishes for us all, including pots and pans and serving dishes. We could have used some additional stainless utensils, but it all worked out. The view from the deck is gorgeous and we didn't encounter any issues with any of the facilities. Having three bathrooms and plenty of beds was a plus for our large group. The cabin is conveniently located close to the village and a small brew pub. Lots of neighborhood walking space and we encountered the nicest neighbors when the guest dog decided to take a romp. It was so nice to have a dog friendly space, but renters need to know that there isn't a fenced yard just a large deck.

Big Bear cabin

We very much enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the games in the garage and the bunk room. There was lots of space to spread out and we liked that we could stay in and cook with all the kitchen items. The location was fabulous and the view was gorgeous

Get away with the daughters and kids

House is a great location, close to the lake and the village and the Alpine slide area. Plenty of deck area and the hot tub was a treat.! Too bad we didn’t have much snow…

We recently had the opportunity to purchase this perfect home, "Grand View Escape"; So close to Los Angeles, yet so far away. The perfect escape from our hectic daily lives. We look forward to hearing from you!

Easy access to The Village, the Marina and the ski resorts! Entering Big Bear Lake from the west, you're at the cabin in no time! No battling traffic while traversing the city. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood (great for family walks or bike rides), yet close to all of Big Bear's amenities!

What makes this property unique

Proud owners who use home regularly. Spa, game room, WiFi, flat-screen TVs with HD cable in the great-room and bedrooms. Bunk-beds for the kids! Flat level parking, easy access for 3 vehicles (no piggy backing!) Easy, walkable access to The Village, the Marina and local shops and restaurants.
Kids and parents alike love the 4 split-level lay out. Separate sleeping areas, but everyone can gather in the great-room!
One of the best views for the 4th of July firework show!
