9-11 Person stand-alone Ski Chalet with Ski in/Ski out for Nordic and Alpine

The Stellar Star is located and appointed with all of the best that chalet rental should include to make your vacation memorable. Ski in/out location, 8 person hot tub, in house W/D facilities, fully appointed kitchen(s), multiple flat screen cable TV's with HDMI capabilities... too much to detail.

The Stellar Star is wonderfully appointed with 2nd floor level entry, with covered porches leading to both entry ways.... No slogging you stuff through the deep snow! The main floor boasts the spacious entry with benches, hooks and racks for your ski gear, and an open concept kitchen, living and dining room with table settings for 10, with an eating bar set for another 4. A wrap around deck provides covered entry for your convenience, and a large new BBQ for easy and comfortable meal prep.

The second story contains the Main house bedrooms, and a full 5 piece bathroom. Bedrooms are configured with a massive Master bedroom with queen bed and sitting area overlooking the rear ski-way, a 2nd and 3rd queen bedrooms with great views out over the Silver Queen lift area, a 4rd 'Bunk" room, with 1 single/double bunk, and a second single/single bunk, sleeping a total of 5. 3 TV's all with cable hook-up, and one with PS3/blu-ray, make for entertainment options for guests of all ages.

Steps out the back door the 8 person hot tub awaits, surrounded by the peace and solitude that makes the Stellar Star unique. Huge banks of snow create a magical winter wonderland atmosphere.

The ski day begins and ends 5 steps from the back door, with an outside secure, covered ski locker making for a wonderfully convenient beginning and ending to your day.

Newly renovated in the summer of 2017, we think The Stellar Star is one of the best bargains on the mountain, with a fantastic location, tons of space and a great layout for families and groups. The Waddington's are a ski/board mad family of 7+ that has been pushing the snow down the mountain at Silver Star for the last 20+ years. The Stellar Star is a new venture for us, and we hope to share it with those who are wanting to make their own special family memories at Silver Star.

Why they chose this property

Having rented many different places on many different mountain during our snow-sports life, we believe we know what it takes to make a fantastically memorable ski holiday. Great spaces, appointed well, with top notch ski hill access, and hot tub, hot tub, hot tub! The Stellar Star has all of these, in abundance! As our family expands, we envision many great family memories to be made here, and hope you might choose to make some of your own in our Chalet as well.

What makes this property unique

In looking for our family ski chalet, we focused on a few 'must haves'.... Ski in/ski out access, flexible and spacious room layouts, a well appointed kitchen with everything needed to make those great family ski meals happen, and a hot tub to finish off or begin your snow day. The Stellar Star fits all these criteria.
