The villa is situated in a quiet cul de sac 5 mins from the centre of the pretty village of Ferragudo. Ferragudo is a small fishing village with many restaurants and a quaint village square with small local bars and restaurants. The villa has a private pool with sun bathing area and barbecue. There is also a large secluded roof terrace with loungers and dining table and chairs. Perfect for eating outside overlooking the beaches and marina. The villa is decorated and equipped to the highest standard and is suitable for couples, families and those looking for a relaxing holiday with lots of amenities within walking distance. The village has all the amenities you would need on holiday - supermarkets, pharmacist, bakers, butchers and take away restaurants. There are 3 superb beaches in or close to the village. These beaches are extremely child friendly - they all have high quality beach bars and are perfect for long lunches in the sun. Highly recommended villa.

What a lovely place to stay, Everything that you need is there and so much privacy. Views are amazing all around the villa. Air conditioning was great and easy to use. All instructions are available to check up on. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony having a coffee in the morning. Highly recommend this. Well kept and maintained.

Photos don’t do the property justice.Its wonderful and spacious and well equipped in every way .Very clean with good beds and bedding and a nicely equipped kitchen.Just a short walk to the action and restaurants .Very quiet area and friendly Neighbour offered us a huge beautiful lemon on our arrival .We don’t hesitate to rate highly and fully recommend it .

Best location

10 minute walk to the beach- with 4 restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the square with an abundance of eateries! We walked to the supermarket- took 25 minutes and Uber home- utterly blissful week away with the family.

Great property

We had a great stay at the property. The villa is really nice, clean and has everything you need. The kids absolutely loved the pool. Villa is in a great location for getting into the nearby town which has a number of excellent restaurants and there are several really nice beaches nearby. Would definitely recommend and will look to return soon.

We had a wonderful week here. The villa has everything you need in it. Very well equiped, lovely clean bedooms and very spacious kitchen and living area. The villa is also very well placed. Lovely welcoming gifts which were very kindly left for us and well appreciated. Contact with the host was excellent too. Very happy with our holiday villa

Great vacation

Beautiful property, lots of room for our family of 5 adults. We were welcomed to the property by one of the local reps. They had even bought some basic supplies like bread, milk, juice, eggs, butter. Great location, close to beaches and restaurants. We were very comfortable and highly recommend this listing

10 relaxing days in Ferragudo

We found this property to be very clean and well presented. Lots of equipment and is in a great location up the top of the hill. Ferragudo is a lovely town and a great place for a base, nice and chilled out with a lot of nice places to eat. There is also a lot of nice things to visit if you take a car around the local area. Would definitely return again.

Well equipped villa and a prefect location

We have just arrived home from a brilliant 10 days at the villa. The villa is well equipped, spacious and tastefully furnished and decorated. We spent hours by and in the beautiful pool. The villa is perfectly located to explore the area with a short walk to both the restaurants in the town square and for the beach. The property manager was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great villa, great location!

Villa was lovely, nice big rooms and well looked after. Great location in lovely village with good selection of bars and shops. Close to beantiful beach but kids absolutely loved the pool at the villa. Owners were great, really helpful and recommended taxi transfer company that were reliable and good price. Would definitely recommend villa and Ferragudo as a destination. We hope to return and will hire a car next time to investigate some close by towns.

Wonderful !

This property is lovely and in a fantastic and quiet location within walking distance of the beach and into the village to the square and restaurants. Check in was extremely straightforward and the owner responded quickly when I couldn’t get my iPad to connect to the internet - sorted very quickly. I have already booked to go stay again at the end of August.

Great villa in a prime location in Ferragudo

Our family enjoyed our stay at Derek’s fabulous villa. The villa is really well located at 5 minutes walk from the beach and 4 minutes from city center with restaurants. The villa is bigger than on the pictures and it is well furnished. The only thing that I would improve is the outdoor furniture that needs to be cleaned and some updated.

Gorgeous home!

There were 16 of us travelling together so 10 stayed across the street and 6 stayed in this home. It was perfect! Clean, well equipped and George was responsive for anything that did go "wrong". The town of Ferragudo is amazing and this home is the perfect place to stay and experience it! Thank you!!

beautiful property in a beautiful place

This villa was a gem of a find, we are on our second stay and will definately be coming here again. Its very airy spacious and is beautifully maintained and has a very homely relaxed feel to it. Its very clean and has all the equipment you could possibly need and the pool is a real bonus for lazy relaxing days. The villa is also well situated and within easy walk of the village and beach. The owner and his team are very friendly and approachable and quick to respond to any questions or queries you have.

Lovely villa in a good position, not far to walk to beach or the town. 2nd time we have stayed and it looed like a few improvements had been made.Only slight problems to report was bit of a tiny fly infestation and no fly spray around. Needs bigger sheets on the new mattress in master bedroom as they cant be tucked under the matress.

Location location location

After a long drive it was so appreciated to find a chilled bottle of wine and luncheon items upon our arrival. Thank you George. The property was exactly as the photos online showed. Very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Lovely experience, picking lines off the front tree for our gin and tonic. We wnjoyed the pool in the afternoons. We just can’t say enough about the location, short walk to the restaurants and shops, 10 minute walk to the fantastic beach. Would highly recommend this property.

Perfect relaxing and comfortable stay

What a wonderful place. Ferragudo is the ideal place to relax and unwind with easy access to beaches and bars/restaurants. Be prepared to do some hill work and steps though! However, the village is so oretty there's lots of opportunities to stop for a breather! (Its not that bad - i am 30 weeks pregnant so had a bit of extra weight!) The restaurant choices in the centre are all fabulous and we didn't have a bad meal. The beach bars are perfect for long lazy lunches and the villa has everything you need and is very homely. Can't reccommed enough!

Tolle Räumlichkeiten, kleiner, aber feiner Pool, sehr gute Privatsphäre. Große, saubere Bäder. Die Küche hatte alles, was man braucht. Toilettenpapier und Geschirrspültabs muss man nachkaufen, hatten für die Nachmieter auch was dagelassen.Leider war die Kaffeemaschine defekt, auf unsere Bitte hin, wurde nicht reagiert.

A wonderful villa in a fantastic location. A very spacious villa, much larger than it looks on the photos. A good sized pool and the villa had absolutely everything you could possibly need. A lovely five minute walk to lots of great restaurants and shops, five minute walk to a small beach and ten minutes to the larger beach with great bars and cafes on the beach . The villa was beautifully clean and the housekeeping staff replaced bedding and towels mid way through our ten day stay. Communication was excellent with the owner Derek, and the local agent, George, kept us up to date with earlier check in information. This was the best villa we have stayed in and very handy for the beach, boat ferries to nearby Portimao and Praya de Rocha. Cheap uber taxi to Slide and splash, which was a fantastic day out for children (and adults). Best food was in Benjamim’s bistro just off main square. We highly recommend this villa, even better than we thought it would be based on the great reviews.

Alles was zoals beschreven. Veel gerief. Veel voorzieningen. Een praktisch huis met heel goede centrale ligging. Veel stranden en kusten kunnen doen. Dakterras voor ontbijt was super. Keuken was heel goed met de nodige apparatuur. Het was allemaal goed. Met dank aan de eigenaar.

Séjour parfait, un bel accueil, une maison propre, spacieuse, bien équipée et avec une super localisation dans le joli village de Ferragudo (attention cependant c'est un village en pente), jolie plage à quelques minutes à pieds, restaurants, etc. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, c'est une région magnifique.
