The owners purchased the home to be their tropical retreat in the summer of 2015. The owners became instantly enthralled with the home's large living spaces, open floor plan, and large wrap-around sliding glass doors and windows. The home is beautifully appointed, with furnishings and fixtures from all around the world. This tropical retreat is a mid-century modern home designed after the popular architectural styles made popular in Sarasota by the Sarasota School of Architecture during the 1960s. This style blends the beauty of the tropical outdoor space with the wide-open floor plan of the home.

Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and trees, awake to the sound of birds singing and an inspiring sunrise over Roberts Bay. Enjoy your time in the sun around the pool, walk to the local beach, or cool off in the comfort of the spacious living areas. The large whirlpool bathtub in the master en-suite bathroom brings a relaxing end to the day.

Enjoy the cheery characters of the Siesta Key Village, a quick two miles walk or bike ride away, or the energy of downtown Sarasota, a 10-minute drive. Fishing, boating, water sports, world-class shopping, and dining are all located minutes from your own private paradise.

What's provided for your stay: Have fun at the beach with chairs, coolers, umbrellas, toys and more, pre-stocked into the villa prior to your arrival. Each residence has their own Property Liaison to ensure any problems or concerns will be resolved in an effective and timely manner.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 93% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 43% refund. Bookings canceled within the 14-day window are non-refundable.

Reservations of 15 nights or more may be canceled at least 90 days before the start of the stay will receive a 93% refund. Cancellations within 45 days of the check-in date and are refundable up to 43%.

Should a refund be issued, a credit to the original credit card in the amount of the reservation minus the cost of the cancellation fees will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.

**Minimum Age 25: All Reservations must be booked by and accompanied by an adult who is 25 years of age or older. Valid photo I.D. may be required at time of booking.

A. The Banyan is roughly 2 miles North from the main Siesta Key Public Beach. The beach is best reached by bike. Shell Beach, a locals beach are located around the corner from the home. Shell Beach is great for Sunbathing and/or enjoying the sunset.

Q. How far away is the Siesta Key Village?

A. The Siesta Key Village is roughly 1 mile from The Banyan. The best way to reach the village is either by bike or one of Siesta Key's many free rides.
