This ground floor self-contained stables conversion is within an old 'casa colonica' dating back almost 300yrs. Restoration has been carried out under the care of a renowned local architect aided by his team of regional artisans. It is simply but comfortably furnished with contemporary fittings throughout. Wifi is available for guests.The property has full gas under-floor central heating, and a log burning fire in one of the sitting rooms. This idyllic rural retreat with stunning views of the Cingoli Hills, is set in a large private mature garden with private parking for at least 2 cars. Nearest neighbours are a field away! This relaxing rural setting, with 10m x 4m pool (open May - Sept) make it the perfect place to chill out for a while. Beaches are approx 35 mins drive away and easy access to many medieval hill top villages including the bustling market town of Jesi, make this a very interesting area to visit. 5 mins drive to local shop, bar, restaurants & vineyard. 25mins transfer Ancona airport, 1hr15 Rimini, 2hrs Bologna. Come and explore the beautiful rolling hills of Le Marche and the wonderful sights, regional foods and wines it has to offer. We can recommend it!

Mooi groot huis met grote tuin en mooi zwembad. Prima voor uitstapjes naar omliggende plaatsen. Schitterende omgeving. Voorzieningen in huis zijn prima (airco, ruime en goed uitgeruste keuken, ruime badkamers en heel veel ruimte). Helaas geen horren voor de ramen dus de ramen konden we niet open zetten. Pizzaoven leek niet gebruiksklaar helaas.

Ett mysigt hus på landsbygden

Perfekt läge för barnfamiljer. Avskildhet men ändå närhet till restauranger, sevärdheter och bad i havet. Bra hjälp av värden och förvaltaren för att hitta och göra det man önskar göra på semestern. Mycket bra pool som uppskattades.

Das Haus liegt sehr schön auf einem Hügel mit tollem Ausblick. Schöner Pool, moderne Einrichtung und ein großer Garten. Ruhig gelegen, nach Jesi sind es ca. 10-15 Minuten. Zahlreiche wunderschöne kleine Orte in der Nähe. Zum Meer sind es ca 40 Minuten. Alles in allem auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert!! Die Agentin Cathy war auch immer ansprechbar und hatte tolle Tipps.

Wij hadden een heerlijke week in Casa Carlotta, grote tuin, fijn zwembad, iedere dag onderhouden. Alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen aanwezig. tip: afgesloten kast voor keukengerei, ipv een open rek.

Maison bien équipée et très belle piscine

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la Casa Carlotta. La maison est charmante, les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus, la piscine est superbe et la température parfaite. La maison est bien équipée, autant pour les adultes que pour les enfants. La maison étant à la campagne,à cause des mouches, plus de fenêtres avec moustiquaires auraient été appréciable.

Das Haus war wie beschrieben und toll. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub. Die Agentin Cathy war immer erreichbar und bei allem sehr hilfsbereit. Der Pool und die Lage sind toll und das Wetter hat auch mit gespielt. Für Kinder habe es viele Spiele und eine Menge Abwechslung. Die Gegend hat sehr viel zu bieten und das Haus als Ausgangspunkt ideal. Vielen Dank und viele Grüße

Siamo stati in questa meravigliosa casa per 2 settimane, coccolati dalla dolcezza delle colline, nell'ombra delle piante del giardino, tuffandoci in piscina e godendo di ogni angolo (amache in primis!). La casa è molto grande, spaziosa e arredata con gusto e semplicità. Posto incantevole!

Just as good as we remembered

We had our second stay at the beautiful Casa Carlotta this summer. Read the description about the property and just dream yourself there. It is as good as it says. We love the design and spaciousness of the house and large garden. It has everything you could wish for and the pool is perfect. It is beautifully maintained and it is easy to summon help or advice if you need it. The nearby towns and villages are each delightful and interesting in their own right. Cingoli Lake and a drive south to Ascoli and Loreto or north to Urbino were well worth the drive. Fields of sunflowers, vines and golden corn bathed in daylong sunshine added the enjoyment of outdoor eating and total relaxation. We have already booked for a third stay, hoping more of our family get a chance to join us this time.
