It’s especially lovely to know you found everything within easy reach of the promenade — that balance is exactly what we hope our guests appreciate. We’re also very pleased to hear your kind words about Julian, our local property manager who looks after the villa and supports our guests during their stay. It’s reassuring for guests to know help is available if needed. He takes great pride in looking after everyone, and it means a great deal when his efforts are recognised. Thank you so much for your kind words, Hazel — your review really made us smile. We’re absolutely delighted to hear that you had such a fantastic holiday and that the villa had everything you needed for a great stay. It’s wonderful to know that the WiFi, Sky Sports, private pool and overall facilities helped make your time there so enjoyable. We’re also very grateful for your lovely comments about Julian. He works incredibly hard to make sure guests are well looked after from arrival onwards, so it means a great deal when that’s recognised. Thank you for your feedback and for choosing to spend your first holiday in Turkey at our villa. We’re very sorry to hear that aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. With regard to the hot water, you are absolutely right to highlight this. The property uses a traditional solar water-heating system, which is common in the region. During your stay the weather was unusually overcast, which unfortunately impacted the water temperature. We recognise that this is not ideal, and as a direct result of your feedback we are now installing an additional electric back-up system to ensure consistent hot water regardless of weather conditions. We also appreciate your comments regarding the kitchen. While we’ve not previously received feedback that it feels small, we agree that parts of the downstairs area would benefit from modernisation. We are therefore planning an update of the kitchen and open-plan living/dining area to enhance the overall guest experience. We genuinely care about our villa and want every guest to enjoy their stay as much as we do. Feedback — both positive and constructive — helps us improve, and we are committed to continually investing in the property. Thank you again for your comments.

Thank you so much for your lovely review, Janine. We’re delighted to hear that you found the villa clean, stylish and well stocked with everything you needed. We always aim to provide a fully equipped home-from-home experience, so it’s wonderful to know that was appreciated. We’re also very pleased that you enjoyed the gardens and pool area — it’s one of our favourite features too, and we’re glad you made the most of it. Thank you as well for mentioning the pool step. The first step is slightly deeper than some guests expect, and the pool is fitted with a handrail to make entry and exit easier and more comfortable. We truly appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and would be very happy to welcome you back anytime. Warmest wishes, Suzie

Thank you so much for your fantastic review. We’re delighted to hear that you had such a relaxed and enjoyable stay and that you found the villa clean and well maintained. It’s especially lovely to read that the more time you spent at the property, the more you liked it — that really means a lot to us. We’re so pleased you enjoyed the outdoor area and pool, as well as the convenience of the nearby beach club, supermarket and transport links. The ability to explore Calis and Fethiye so easily while still having a peaceful base to return to is exactly what we hope our guests appreciate. Thank you also for your kind words about Julian. He takes great pride in looking after our guests and ensuring everything runs smoothly. We truly appreciate you taking the time to leave such thoughtful feedback and would be very happy to welcome you back anytime. Warmest wishes, Suzie

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting both the positives and the areas where you felt improvements were needed. We’re very pleased you enjoyed the villa, the outdoor space and the pool — it’s something we’re extremely proud of. We are, however, genuinely sorry to read your comments regarding cleanliness. The villa is always professionally cleaned before guest arrivals and we have not previously received feedback of this nature, so your comments were taken very seriously. Following your review, we have spoken in detail with our management team and cleaning staff to reinforce our standards and have introduced additional arrival checks to ensure every area of the property meets expectations before guests check in. Cleanliness is something we consider absolutely fundamental, and we would never knowingly allow a guest to arrive to anything less than a thoroughly prepared villa. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us continue to improve. Thank you again for your feedback, and we’re glad that overall you still enjoyed your stay.

Thank you so much for your detailed and thoughtful review, Clive. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the villa, the pool and the peaceful location, and that you found everything clean, well equipped and secure. It’s especially nice to know you appreciated the safety features and overall comfort of the property. We’re also pleased that you made the most of the local transport options — the taxi rank, dolmuş and water taxi really do make exploring Calis and Fethiye easy and affordable. The water taxi in particular is a lovely experience, especially in the evening. Thank you again for taking the time to share so much helpful information for future guests. We would be very happy to welcome you back to the villa anytime. Warmest wishes, Suzie

Thank you so much for your wonderful and detailed review, Debbie. We’re absolutely delighted that you and your family had such a relaxing 12-night stay and that the villa had everything you needed. It’s lovely to hear that you enjoyed the pool and BBQ, and that the Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, showers and facilities all met your expectations. We’re also very grateful for your kind words about Julian, our local property manager who looks after the villa and supports our guests during their stay. He works incredibly hard to ensure everything runs smoothly, so it means a great deal when his efforts are recognised. Thank you as well for mentioning how easy it was to get around using taxis and the nearby supermarket — many guests find it helpful to know just how convenient and affordable it is. Regarding the hotel across the road, we’re genuinely sorry that the daytime music impacted your experience. We fully appreciate how important relaxation is when you’re on holiday, and we’re sorry that this detracted in any way from your stay. Thank you again for taking the time to leave such thoughtful feedback. We would be absolutely delighted to welcome you back to the villa anytime. Warmest wishes, Suzie
