Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club #64 - Pet Friendly

Two bedroom, two bathroom fully furnished, pet-friendly condo. (This is a 1 Bedroom and loft unit converted to a two bedroom) Two hot tubs and a recreational room onsite. Seasonal pool, tennis courts, horseshoe pits and basketball court.

This unit's location has it all. Enjoy the impressive views of the Sherwin Mountains and the valley below from the living room and master bedroom. You are also conveniently located next to the Mammoth Ski and Racquet pool, hot tub, and office.

You will feel right at home in this cozy setting. Enjoy relaxing by the gas fireplace. The kitchen has everything you would need to prepare meals for friends and family. Enjoy free WiFi and the quiet work area upstairs. Wind down with a movie in either the living room or master bedroom. Conveniently located coin op laundry just down the hall when needed. This condo is on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators.

This unit can accommodate 6 people.

Unit Amenities: The living room has a large sofa that converts to a Queen sleeper, a 55 inch flat screen wide angle TV, VCR/DVD, and CD player.

Bedding Arrangements: The master bedroom has a king bed with a 32 inch flat screen TV as well as a VCR/DVD player. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, a Twin/Full bunk and a desk for any study or work needs.

There are also remote controlled ceiling fans in both bedrooms. The two full bathrooms have been updated with new paint, counters and sinks as of 2008.


You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.
Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

Perfect Vacation

All 6 of us (plus our little puppy) had a wonderful stay at the Condo. Plenty of room to sit, lay on the couch, and eat dinner together. Also....comfortable bedrooms. Beautiful views and close to the slopes which was perfect for our skiing crew. We would definitely rent here again. Our only suggestion would be to possibly upgrade the games In the condo. Most games had missing pieces so we couldn’t play them.

How it was so convenient to everything around the town yet very very quiet, private and home away for home feeling.People at the reservation department really stepped up and shined the way I have never experience. We initially booked two condos but at the last minute, to be precise within 10hr I have to change reservations and look for entire new location because of my dog. And they helped me go through the transition without any hiccups, not only they found me a new condo, they make sure that I was next door to my family. Definitely must visit Mammoth city and must book your stay with Mammoth ski and racquet, they will definitely take care of your needs. I have become a life long admirer of this place. I will definitely book a stay with them whenever I am in town.

Just ok.

The girl at the front desk was not very friendly. Be prepared to walk up 4 flights of stairs. Could not park in the garage because the guy in 63 took up two spaces, walked in to the smoke detector beeping. The couch was dirty and very uncomfortable. The remote for the tv downstairs didn’t really work and had a hard time turning the tv off or on. The tv upstairs in the master didn’t work! The remote turned the tv in and it says program will began shortly but never did. The good points, kitchen was a nice size and had all the dishes you could need but not the relaxing retreat I had hoped for.

Bears Rule!!!!!

In a word....awesome as always. I believe there is a new owner of this condo, but still a great place to stay (we’ve been staying in this unit since about 2008!). It was a bit toasty this trip, especially in the AM as the unit faces directly east. But nothing a few fans didn’t fix....plus the view looking east is beyond epic. Plus had an awesome bear sighting.....mom and her two cubs strolled down the drive directly below the condo one evening......beyond cool!

4th of July getaway

The condo was very clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Location is great! Just a short walk to the village area and quick drive to shops/restaurants. The view is really great from this unit. Only downfall is no AC. Luckily it was cool enough with the windows open.

Great condo super close to Canyon Lodge

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay! The condo was in nice condition, had all the amenities we needed, and was very comfortable. We brought our goldendoodle dog and everything worked out great. There’s also a balcony with a great view. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to get to the bottom of the nearest ski lift. We chose to walk to the mountain instead of driving to the canyon parking lot because that lot fills up pretty early. Overall we had a great stay and this condo was just what we needed!
