The Main Room (4 pieces) Total 120 m²: The living room 50 m², dining room for 12 people 40 m², america 25 m² fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms 5 m². fully equipped
(Sono, LG flat screen television with satellite, internet - wifi, DVD player, 2 indoor and outdoor sofas) everything is surrounded by terraces EP of more than 350 m², our villa has an exceptional and unique view of the park natural sand volcanoes homeless around for perfect privacy !!

La Laguna has 5 HABITACIONS of 36 m² completely separate surrounded by tropical plants and palm trees surround a central courtyard featuring a large pool with a water fountain.

A double room with 2 separate beds, separate shower sink and wc
A room 'suite' 4 with double bed (200x200) and two single beds.

All our rooms are equipped with TV LG-screen TV with satellite, mattresses 200x200 latex high quality, 4 almuadas latex by Servical, sofas, desks wood (teak), decks of 25 m², wooden floors EP all teak furniture imported from BALI.

La Laguna sum almost 770 m² of indoor and outdoor space domesticated within 8000 m² plot, facing the protected nature reserve Mountain Arena.

Our private heated pool of unique design of 50 m² is located in the center of the plot surrounded by the endemic landscape of the island with a terrace of 80 m². has 8
teka tombonas, table with 2 chairs, 2 umbrellas.

The Laguna has a parking for 5 cars

Fabulous Stay

Our Group of 13 was at the Villa for one week. All of us, aged 1 till 70 had a wonderful stay. The Villa itself with all nicely decorated rooms as well as the wonderful living area is just stunning. The heated pool had a nice temperature and we enjoyed it a lot. Additional we want to point out that Harold is an fantastic host who helped us whenever we had any question or even supported us with some bookings like restaurants as well as a boat journey. Still Harold was not visible and fully keep our privacy. Thank you again Harold for everything which made our holiday to an unforgettable event. Kind Regards Matthias also in the name of all of us

If you want to relax you will love the outdoor space.

Beautifully designed property and garden with plenty of different outdoor areas to relax in. Harold is the perfect host, full of great recommendations on restaurants and always happy to help.

Fantastic Villa & Great Hosts!

We had great expectations of La Laguna because the pictures were great and the information available extensive. We were not disappointed! Harold is a fantastic host and the villa is by far the best I have stayed in. Location - La Laguna occupies a good sized plot just 5 minutes drive (25 minute walk) into the small village of Lajares. There are some great little eateries in the village, a supermarket and a few shops, but this is by no means a resort. We loved being among locals and the water sports community rather than the traditional strip with its cheap shops and burger king. Villa – Great inside living space that becomes part of the grounds with the sliding doors open. Variety of seating areas outside that are multi-purpose. Kitchen a good size and you can easily cater for a large party. The bedrooms have a boutique feel and all well presented. Pool – Good sized pool and being detached from the villa means those at the villa have some peace if they want it. We had it heated but not sure that’s really necessary in August. WiFi – Teens were happy with wifi as this is an essential part of their lives! Signal a little weak in some bedrooms but generally it did the job well. Equipment – Some useful items in the utility area including umbrellas and wind breaks which are useful if visiting the fantastic beaches (we suggest Corralejo swimmers beach). Tv’s etc useful for catching up with Sky news and a few music channels. Summary – We didn’t want to leave. We loved the village. So much so that my wife and I are coming back for a long weekend in October. The villa is a great place to spend a holiday and use as a base to visit the area. We hope to return sometime and Harold’s property will be our first choice as a group.

Beautifull Villa - excellent price/quality ratio

We've rented the entire villa for a complete week. We were a group of 10 (6 adults and 4 Children between the age of 8-15y). Everything went great and service is excellent. The evening of arrival we've booked the personal chef at home (Volcanic food). Great dinner! Harold helped us with all our enquiries and reservations. The pool was heated as well. We had a very relaxing and nice stay! Definitely recommended!

Amazing place

Impressive house and garden away from other houses, very private ,located near a little village with all basic facilities. Trekking trails near, beach 15 min away, surf courses, buggies and many things to do in the surroundings. Great hosts. Totally recommended.

Beautiful quiet luxury villa

We were a group of 12 Swiss friends visiting Fuerteventura for surfing. The villa is ideally located in the northern part of Fuerteventura and perfectly served us as a hub for our surfing day trips. The villa definitely exceeded our expectations by far. It was clean, easy to reach, lovely designed, the rooms were big and all had a bathroom inside which makes it perfect for a group of guys as well as for couples and families. Furthermore the kitchen was fully equiped and we loved sitting outside next to the pool and BBQ facilities and enjoyed the beautiful surrounding and evenings. Moreover, all the administration and care of Harold and Paul was just uncomplicated and easy going, exactly as you want to have it in holidays. As an extra plus, I would like to mention, that Paul even sent me forgotten items back home. So I can highly recommend that place and would love to come back in future. Thanks a lot!

The perfect relaxing place

La Laguna has been our favourite holiday target for somme years now. We enjoy : 1.it is situated in a very quiet area with a great view at Mount Arena and its surroundings, far away from Fuerteventura’s tourist streams. 2. the very big , bright and cosy living room surrounded by a spacious terrace , a well-equipped kitchen, and nicely separated bedrooms, each with shower, toilet and Tv-sets. Many flowering bushes, trees , cactuses and a Laguna decorate the whole area in-between. 3. the grand ,well-kept swimmingpool with different places to lie down and relax in the sun or in the shadow. 4. a very friendly and helpful landlord family. 5. a nearby short drive supermarket in Lajares, a little village, which also has good driving connections to the bigger towns of Corralejo or El Cotillo. 6. wild romantic and untouched ocean-beaches which are reached within a 20 minutes drive by car on the Westcoast. The drive to them is a special experience by itself.

Truly Heaven on Earth

This was our 4th time staying at La Laguna in Lajares, Fuerteventura. We keep coming back all the way from Canada because no other holiday accommodation/destination even remotely compares. The house and the grounds are amazing, better each time we come (wouldn't have thought that possible). Thank you Harold and Susana!!

Beautiful villa with an incredible host

What an incredible holiday. La Laguna is an amazing villa, very modern and beautifully designed with everything you could need to spend the week relaxing in the sun. A group of 11 of us spent the week here in July and had an absolutely amazing time relaxing in the sun and enjoying the pool and spotless villa. Harold was an absolutely fantastic host and a massive thank you to him for being so helpful during our stay. Most villa owners will just leave you for the week but Harold made sure our stay was perfect. So thank you Harold and family for giving us such an amazing holiday. I know the whole group felt the same way and I'm sure it won't be the last time we come and visit La Laguna! Thank you!

FANTASTICO

Casa espléndida e ideal para unas vacaciones en grupo en Fuerteventura. Fuimos un grupo de 5 parejas procedentes de Barcelona y todos salimos encantados de la estancia, del trato y del entorno. Repetiremos SEGURO ¡¡. Harold siempre dispuesto para cualquier solución y Susana nos dio unos masajes super-relajantes. Lajares una ubicación perfecta, equidistante de Corralejo y de El Cotillo. En resumen una semana fantástica.

Superbe sejour

Tres belle propriété, situé a Lajares...10 min des plages de El cotillo !! La villa semble posée sur un rocher, en pleine nature. La vue vers les plaines est extraordinaire...c'est un dépaysement complet. Pour des fans de cuisine que ns sommes, nous avons trouve tt le nécessaire sur place dans une cuisine super équipée. La maison est tres agréable a vivre (chaque chambre est une unite separée...l'ideal qd plusieurs familles louent la maison), car hyper lumineuse et ouverte sur un splendide patio. Les photos sont a l'identique ce que nous avons trouve sur place...c'est rare !! Harold et son epouse sont tres a l'ecoute (tres bon conseils resto)...mais restent discrets, respectant l'intimité des hôtes. Piscine agréable...et qui sera prochainement chauffée (un must). En conclusion, n'en parlez pas autours de vous ;-), on souhaite garder ce petit bijoux pour nous

We had a great time!

We went to La Laguna one week in February. Going there with the whole gang (grand parents, parents and children) we had the whole house just for us. Everyone just loved the place: we loved the modern and open space architecture; still we had our private rooms to withdraw. Due to its secluded location we had a great view and a quiet time. As we catered for ourselves, the kitchen served us well as did the outdoor BBQ. Susana and Harold were great hosts and helped with information about the island as well as with places to eat and drink. We also took advantage of Susana’s great Ayurveda massages. We enjoyed Lajares as a nice village with a variety of spots to cater either personal needs or wishes (supermarket and little shops) or just for pleasure (restaurants and bars as well as two great bakeries). Although staying for only one week (in mixed February weather condition) we felt completely relaxed and recharged afterwards. What more could we have asked for? Thanks you very much, Susana & Harold!

Design et confort absolu

Les photos de présentation du site sont en tous points fidèles à la réalité. La Laguna offre un confort absolu à ses occupants. Harold et Susana sont des hôtes efficaces et discrets. Une mention spéciale à Susana et à ses massages. Quant au village de Lajares, proche de la villa, il propose tous les services et commerces utiles et nécessaires. Une expérience que nous renouvellerons surement avant la fin de l'année.

Lovely house if the sun shines

We were really unlucky with the weather during our weeks stay. In good weather ( which is the norm on Fuerteventura) the house would be perfect. In bad weather there are issues with leakage under the front door and general chilliness due to no heating system. The pool was freezing but 3 brave members of our party had brief swims. Harold was apologetic but has no control over the weather!! Perhaps a few more DVDs ,magazines or books in English to entertain guests if the weather is poor. Otherwise a beautiful property,friendly unobtrusive hosts and good sleep quality in the comfortable beds.Lajares is a nice village, we preferred it to the busy resorts and found the local restaurants and supermarket fulfilled our needs.Hope others enjoy better weather than we did!!

Schöne Villa mit sehr sympatischen Vermietern

Die Villa ist schön und die Vermieter sind jung und sehr sympatisch. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, konnten wir jederzeit an die Tür der Vermieter klopfen und sie waren immer für uns da. Die Ausstattung war perfekt, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Demnächst soll sogar noch eine Poolheizung kommen, dann ist der Pool sogar in den Wintermonaten nutzbar. Magnifique maison

C'est la deuxième fois que nous louons la villa complète, magnifique maison avec piscine et très bien aménagée. Nous apprécions particulèrement la tranquillité du village de Lajajes et nous y retournerons avec plaisir en octobre.
