We were fortunate to move back and have been in the Roaring Fork Valley since 2011. We love raising our 2 children here. We are avid skiers, hikers and cheering on our kids in various sports. Location, Location, Location. You will be pleased at the accessibility to everything Aspen has to offer. Walk to the Gondola, grocery store, restaurants, bars and shopping. You will not need a car here. You can take the free bus to the other 3 mountains, Aspen Highlands, Snowmass and Buttermilk

What makes this property unique

Our condo is unique for 2 reasons. The easy walk to the Gondola. Just walk across the street and 1 block to the Gondola. You will not have to walk up the main staircase. You will come around the back side of the Little Nell. This is a huge benefit in the winter.
Additionally, our condo is situated facing a very quiet park with pond. You will not have foot or car traffic noise at all. Come home after a great day skiing and relax by the wood burning fire place.
