Owning a property in Italy has been a life long dream of mine. Having visited this beautiful country on several occasions I have come to love the unspoilt south and deliberately chose to buy a property on a hillside coastal location with views that cannot be rivalled anywhere in the world in my opinion - which I hope you will agree with should you choose to stay at Number 9.
My Home in Italy is a "Home from Home" with everything that is desired. "Al fresco" views for dining on the balcony or in the garden, sunsets or stars overlooking the mangnificence of the Tyrean Sea. I leave a little bit of my "Heart" behind when I leave, and know other people will love it just as much as me, always in "safe hands" my memories are yours too. This particular area really is beautiful, traditional Italy, Sun Sea and Scenery the 3 "s" all most important for a fulfilling holiday, whether relaxing or travelling. There is access to all coastal beaches as the villa is situated just off the main road 'SS18' which runs literally right along the entire South Western coastline. Towns and Villages within easy access too. Gorgeous, captivating views will live in your memory. Friendly people, beautiful areas of cultural and historical Interest, you may choose to drive straight down to Tropea, with its glorious beaches, or perhaps you will stay more local, where you are guaranteed of a "Welcome" near or far the people are the same, always delighted to help and enlighten you on the Italy which is their "secret", gradually becoming more popular with visitors and tourists alike, who realise what a "Jewel in the Crown" Calabria is. Far from the "hustle and bustle" of Central Italy, natural, idyllic and simply breathtaking...

What makes this property unique

Although a little out of the way, but situated off a main road, the view, the scenery, the private area with marvellous swimming pool and very spacious villa is your "home from home". Peaceful or a bit more lively vacation, it's your choice... A safe and very peaceful mix of locals,always helpful, and unlimited supplies of Fresh Produce very close by. All the ingredients for a great time "young or old". There is always plenty to do, places to visit cultural and historical. Or relaxing by the beautiful pool, talking to the locals too, always an experience, always a cheery smiling word, the friendliness breaking down any language barrier. Finally your very own "Special" time enjoying the fantastic view over the Ionian Sea from your very own Balcony Starlit skies. I welcome you all to your little slice of heaven...
