Why they chose this property

Blouberg can be whatever you want it to be. Quiet and relaxing, or hectic watersports.
There are numerous top quality restaurants and cafes in the area, as well as golf courses and wine estates. Oh - and the views!!!
You will need a car in cape town - and Blouberg is the perfect location for exploring Cape Town itself (15 minutes one way), and the winelands (40 minutes the other way to Stellenbosch, or 15 minutes to Durbanville).
