Villa GELVI has a garden and a beautiful and very large terrace with gazebo, barbecue, tables, chairs, deckchairs and games for children. Within a few tens of meters you will find: self-service bar, supermarket, restaurant / pizzeria (15% discount), pharmacy, tobacconist, etc. Within a short distance you will find: the enchanting Zingaro Nature Reserve, the small medieval village of Scopello with its beautiful faraglioni and the ancient Segesta with its charming temple and the theater still in operation. In the garden there is a free water to rinse your feet off the back from the beach. No problem parking in front of the house. Finally, Pisciotta family that lives in the ground floor (separate entrances - max privacy) will be ready to welcome you with sincere and infinite hospitality to make you spend a happy holiday.

L'appartamento è situato vicino al centro di Castellammare e a pochi minuti in macchina dalla spiaggia. Comodissimo anche per disponibilità di supermercati, tabaccheria e pasticceria nelle immediate vicinanze. Si trova al primo piano della palazzina e il nostro era dotato di due camere da letto, cucina, bagno, lavanderia e terrazzino. Al piano ancora superiore c'è anche un terrazzo comune per prendere il sole, fare grigliate o semplicemente stendere la biancheria. La famiglia del proprietario abita al piano terra dello stabile e sono state delle persone squisite ed estremamente disponibili. Sin dal primo contatto il proprietario si è rivelato disponibile alle nostre esigenze e richieste che sono state tutte soddisfatte. Il prezzo dell'appartamento nel periodo più "caldo" di agosto è stato più che onesto e l'appartamento si è rivelato al nostro arrivo all'altezza delle aspettative anche e soprattutto per la pulizia dei locali (comprese alcune piccole "coccole" che fanno sempre piacere in vacanza). Insomma credo di aver trovato la base per le mie prossime vacanze in Sicilia (eravamo in sei e siamo rimasti tutti contenti). Consigliatissimo.
