The Capoverso is an ancient Tuscan farm surrounded by olive groves, in a quiet and quiet location, one km from the historic center of Monte San Savino, a medieval village and crossroads ideal for visiting Arezzo, Siena, Florence, Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Perugia and their enchanting territories.
In the years we have been living a cozy place where we live, taking care of secular olive trees, planting ancient varieties of fruit, cultivating vegetables and breeding bees, all with natural methods, respecting the environment.
Today we are happy to welcome you in three apartments with quality finishes (separate but if necessary communicating for groups of 14 people) and to provide you with a large 15x5m swimming pool, set in sunny and secluded location with a beautiful view of surrounding hills.
During your stay you can taste our extra virgin olive oil of superior quality, produced from the inner crusher, but also collect the ripe fruit and the vegetable vegetables, as well as enjoy our wildflower honey.
And there is so much, much more ...
like the flowering of thirty varieties of roses from May onwards ...
buzzing bees on lavender blooming in June ...
outdoor dinners enjoying the pleasant freshness of the evening ...
the dancing of fireflies in the dark of night
the harvest of olives in November and the squeezing of the first new oil ...
SUNIE APARTMENT:
is located on the first floor with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and is composed of:
- two double bedrooms
- a bath
- a living area with sofa, tv and fully equipped kitchen (equipped with dishwasher, electric oven and fridge / freezer, tableware)
- a ground floor patio with table and chairs where to dine in the cool summer evenings.
There is free unlimited Wi-Fi in all rooms and close to the property.
There is also a laundry room with washing machine, ecological detergent, ironing board, iron, ironing board available to guests.
The apartment comes complete with bed linen, bath towels, kitchen towels and pool towels.
Bed linen is changed weekly.

Wir hatten hier schöne und erholsame Urlaubstage. Vielen Dank an Chiara und Gianluca für den herzlichen Empfang und die vielen guten Empfehlungen. Der Ort ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen zwischen Arezzo und Siena. Unsere Wohnung war geräumig und gemütlich. Der Pool war sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben ihn oft und gerne genutzt. Wir können Capoverso und seine Gastgeber also wärmstens weiterempfehlen. :)

Der Aufenthalt in Monte San Savino war richtig toll. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, sauber und wir haben jede Minute genossen. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohl gefühlt. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden - Spülmaschine, Backofen, ausreichend Geschirr, ein super toller Kontaktgrill, Gasherd mit 4 Platten, drei Schlafzimmer (1x Doppelbett, 1x mit 2 Einzelbetten und noch 1x Einzelbett). Der tolle Pool und die gesamte Umgebung waren traumhaft. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wundervoll!

Wir haben hier 10 erholsame Tage verbracht. Weit ab vom Trubel kann man hier die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Gegend lädt zum erkunden ein, die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Tiere auf der Farm und der eigene Gemüsegarten machen diesen Ort zu einem perfekten Urlaubsdomizil . Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal hierher zurück. The best ever!

Meraviglioso - wunderbar!

Einfach wunderbar, die ruhige Lage in den sanften, olivenbewachsenen Hügeln des Val di Chiana, das gestalterisch sehr stilsicher umgebaute, traditionelle Haus, ein herrlich angelegter, weitläufiger Garten und ein ebensolcher Pool … Dazu ein überaus liebenswürdiges und sympathisches Vermieterpaar. Beautiful apartment with great view

We stayed at this stunning place for one week together with our 3 kids (8, 6 & 4). We all loved this place very much. It was clean, quiet and cosy. The hosts are wonderful people. We felt welcome and at home. The garden is fantastic: we enjoyed eating fresh vegetables. Also the swimming pool has a great size and the kids enjoyed it very much. It was interesting to learn more about the producing of olive oil.We highly recommend this place for the view, the apartment, the surroundings... It's perfect!

Sehr schöner Urlaub in der Toskana

Die Vermieter waren sehr nette Menschen. Die Einweisung war sehr ausführlich, alles wurde gezeigt. Auch später wurden Tipps gegeben z. Bsp Restaurants, Märkte... Der Pool war sehr sauber und gepflegt, auch die gesamte Anlage drumherum. Es waren genug Liegen am Pool. Sehr angenehm war es das man den Garten mit abernten durfte, Salat, Auberginen, Zucchini usw Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt, zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Umgebung.

Perfectly Lovely!

Gianluca and Chiara were the perfect host and hostess. From the time we arrived until our departure we were treated like family. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Tuscany at it's BEST

This place made our experience in Tuscany AMAZING! Chiara and Gianlucca are wonderful hosts and speak good English. The bedrooms were separated so 2 couples can stay with privacy. Comfortable beds, great water pressure in shower with lots of hot water, Monte San Savino is a great location to get to Florence and Siena but still come home to quiet. There were other guests in the other two apartments but we hardly ever saw them because of the layout of the apartments. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic holiday

What a fantastic place to stay! The apartment, the people, and the location were all wonderful. We stayed for nearly two weeks in July 2017, having driven there from England via the Alps and the Italian lakes, so by the time we arrived we were well in need of some rest and relaxation. Il Capoverso proved to be the ideal spot. The directions we received made finding it easy and we received a very warm welcome on arrival. We stayed in one of the first floor apartments which was to a very high standard; plenty of space and all the equipment we needed. The garden and pool area were all beautifully maintained and to an equally high standard. When we initially booked we were a little concerned that the location was not particularly close to the main attractions, but we needn't have worried. Florence is only an hours drive away and Siena (far nicer in our opinion) is close by. There are equally nice locations close to Monte San Savino including Montepulciano, Pienza, and in particular Cortona (we definitely recommend going in the evening to watch the sun go down). So overall we would definitely recommend and we hope to return ourselves in the near future.
