Fab location - really lovely apartment - close to city centre - 15 mins walk - check in smooth - safe area - would chose to stay here when next visiting Birmingham
Lovely apartment in great position close to mail box and cube. Easy access to city centre. Very comfortable lovely long balcony - only negative is that the pricing needs to be clearer. We had to pay extra £90 for a third occupant and car parking pricing needs to be clearer. We paid nearly £80 to park for 2 nights. Other than that good 👍
Lovely apartment but couldn't get oven to turn on or microwave which was child locked. Went through folder on fridge but nothing to help with this issue. Also only had a few satellite channels and very bad signal which meant we were stuck with one music station.
We’d come for a week at the commonwealth games and the apartment location was excellent, being very accessible to the Mailbox and canal and all the eateries/restaurants there. The apartment accommodated 4 adults and as a penthouse with an outside balcony offered welcome outside space, Suited us perfectly.

Host was very propmpt answering questions, check in very easy. Felt very safe. Only negative was the road noise. Used the apartment to go to Edgbaston which was a 30 minute stroll
An issue occurred with the hot water not working but the owner was on it immediately and took care of this issue and then followed up to make sure all was well. I would definitely stay at this property again.
Ideal location to walk to Edgbaston for the cricket. Excellent local amenities, Tesco, food and drink by the canal, walking into the city centre. Lovely to sit out on balcony at end of the day with a glass of wine.

This is a wonderful property within a few minutes walk of many key areas of Birmingham. The flat is comfortable and very clean. The owner was very responsive to emails while we were there. My only suggestions would be to have instruction manuals for appliances available in the apartment or on the home away website. It would have been helpful to use while trying to figure out how to run things.

Clean, spacious, and comfortable.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Well equipped in the kitchen, and a private parking space to use.
Only a few minutes walk from the beautiful canal-side, which is well worth a visit, or two, by day, and by night.
We also visited the Botanical gardens which had aviaries, peacocks, and a terrace cafe.
The city centre is busy, but if you want to shop, they have every retail name you could want.
