Holiday home P3F South Limburg / Ardennes

Our detached holiday home is on the edge of a quiet bungalow park. You can enjoy peace and privacy.

The bungalow is classified as follows:

Downstairs a living room / kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen has an electric hob as well as a combi microwave. In addition to a traditional coffee maker, you can use a Senseo machine.

On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and one with two single box spring combinations.

Upstairs is a spacious bedroom with box-spring beds.

You also have access to a south-facing terrace.

Our home is equipped with an HD LED TV with satellite reception. You therefore have access to Dutch TV channels. You can also use our internet connection for free d. m.v. WIFI.

The bungalow is on the edge of the South Limburg hills. From the bungalow you can make beautiful walking and cycling trips.

Aachen is only a few kilometers away. Maastricht, the Ardennes and the Eifel are within an hour's drive.

Beau séjour mais des details à revoir.

Venant du Sud de la France pour visite de famille nous avons choisi abritel .fr et donc avons trouvé ce logement. Le logement dans un camp de vacances est bien situé mais beaucoup de choses sont imprécises : Pas de chekin, tout se fait par internet donc, cmt savoir si c'est moi ou un autre qui a cassé quelque chose ??( passoire fondue rangée au fond d1 armoire. Juré c'est pas nous!). Aucune explication en français, vraiment dommage. Sauf pour la tv qui est connectée Wi-Fi mais on a RIEN compris donc pas de tv en français durant le séjour. Le propriétaire est néerlandais donc tout est axé pour les néerlandais !!!!! Vraiment dommage car le logement est sur des sites français. La deco est neuve et propre mais pas du tout en accord avec le logement qui est vieillot et vraiment à revoir point de vue isolation, simple vitrage, vieux chauffage électrique, très vieille douche etc..... Point de vue vaisselle, des manquements, pas de saladier, peu dassiettes et bols mais par contre des verres a profusion.....on peu picoler mais pas beaucoup manger. Bref il y a vraiment des ameliorations à apporter.

Ferienhaus am Waldrand

Sauberes, schon etwas in die Jahre gekommenes, aber gemütliches Haus, dicht am Wald. Von hier sind Aachen, Maastrich, das Dreiländereck, die Eifel schnell zu erreichen. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Die Schlafzimmer sind etwas beengt, aber für ein paar Tage ist das kein Problem. In den Betten schläft man gut und auch sonst was alles akzeptabel. Kein Luxus aber topp

Okay, but basic

The property is a bungalow in a park of 250 bungalows. The bungalow is not very new (and the photos aren't current either), and the furniture is basic, but okay. Well equipped with internet and electronics, but unfortunately all documentation is in Dutch. We were a bit disappointed of the surroundings, there are no hiking trails near, and one has to take the car to go for a walk. We were also unlucky that there was noise from building activity on the property next door.

Goed gelegen vakantiehuisje.

Bij aankomst gaf het huisje een wat uitgeleefde indruk. Maar bij binnenkomst werden wij aangenaam verrast door de netheid, de ruime indeling en uitgebreide kook en eetbenodigdheden. Rustig gelegen met mooie wandel en fietstochten in de buurt. Slechts 1 enkel minpuntje: de zitkussens van de grootste zetel waren te vuil, niet verhuurwaardig. Simpel opgelost met een nieuwe degelijke zetelovertrek of grote plaid.

Mooi huisje met prachtig uitzicht

rustig gelegen, prachtig uitzicht. Gezellig huisje. Niet groot, maar heeft alles wat er nodig is. Voor 6 misschien net te klein (wij waren met 4 dat was ideaal)
