Located in a tourist residential community at 250 m from the beach and coral reef of “Edge Popi”, and 200 m from the colonial centre of the village.
Newly built with tropical garden 300m² and residence pool at 20m. Romantic traditional creole architecture, with typical Dominican furnishings in wicker and rattan.
In this Pristine nature and crystal sea water you will be won over by the friendliness of the locals (and many regular tourists who always return for their holidays) by the colours of artisan shops, the picturesque market of tropical fruits & fish and by the lively night life of Las Terrenas (the centre of night life 'pueblo de los pescadores' is just 5 min walk from the villa).
Several excursions: El Limon water falls, Los Haitises National Park, the Islas of las Ballenas, etc...

Great vacation home

We were 2 families, each with 2 kids from 6-9 years old, 8 people in total and it was perfect for us, with lost of room and everything you need, the manager was always very helpful and fast in whatever we needed. Hope we can come back here again, perfect location close to everything but quiet at the same time.

Beautiful villa in paradise

The villa was just stunning, it felt like a tropical paradise. The walk to the nearly always empty pool was stunning, my children played all day between the house and pool. The local beach was the best I have ever seen and we enjoyed a drink at the local bars.

A charming stay and a dedicated host

Leonardo's place was charming, all was consistent with the description. The house is beautiful, convenient, clean, and well furnished, the garden is lovely. We had what we were looking for! Leonardo, the owner, has been incredibly kind and responsive.

Just what we were looking for!

We were 5 friends (two couples and a single) and the three bedrooms were perfect. We wanted something central, and not expensive. We wanted to be able to walk to the beach and restaurants, but still be off the main drag so quiet. The Villa Maracuja was perfect, not fancy, but with a lovely comfortable porch, where we spent most of the time.Any issues we had were dealt with promptly by Leonardo!

Lovely home.

Overall great time several hiccups along the way most worked out. Biggest concern was cleanliness in light of covid. After several days of my mom itching we moved the pillows on sofa and found trash cups and bugs. Took pics and wanted to talk to owner however we were told Jennifer had covid. We also were given wrong information by a prior employee and paid some monies and was told the previous employee had engaged in bad behavior and thus all they could say was I am sorry. The home location was Bice any other hiccups we had were resolved timely. Security is great and the home has ❤ present.

There where unfortunately some difficulties from the customer to communicate with us and also with other people providing services to them. They had issues arranging by themselves a taxi with service providers not belonging to our managament and we anyway have succefully helped them to resolve it with another taxi driver and simply told we were sorry for a situation in which the customer incurred by themeselves (without any responsibility from our side). We have never received complaints or claimed information related to any issue related to the cleaness of the Villa. So it is very surprising to get this so late just their final reveiw, without any chance to check it and to find any remedy. It is true that one of our employee has bee found Covid positive during their stay, but this could always happen and we immediatley removed her from the service until she reached the complete recovery. In general we apply rigorously all sanitary and cleaning best practices against Covid, always going far beyond health authorities prescriptions and recommendations. Hope to have the chance to host again this good customer and her fantastic family in the next future and looking for a more direct and transparent communication with her.

The villa is a little piece of paradise everything u need is there. The pool is clean and so restful to sit at and hear the birds . The veranda is where we spent a lot of time just relaxing . Everything is a short walk away so many restaurants to choose from many overlooking the ocean. The staff r there at anytime u need them and very helpful . All the seafood u want fresh every morning . Magnifique!

Notre première fois à las terrenas mais pas la dernière. Magnifique endroit avec de belles plages et beaucoup de commodité. La villa est super bien situé . Dans un endroit tranquille et 5 a 10 min de marche de la mer . Petits resto tout près.Que dire de la villa maracuja dans les résidences passiflora . Coup coeur la villa style caraïbe avec une terrasse extérieur meublé . Tres agreable pour relaxer et manger . Et la cour exterieur est très intime et d' une belle vegetation . La villa super bien équipé, propre . Il ya des ventilateurs dans tout les pièces et air climatisé dans les chambres. Et une belle piscine à partager. C'est un endroit tranquille et très bien entretenue. Un gros merci à "luis "l'hôte . La communication super facile et disponible à toute demande .On a déjà hâte de retourner l'an prochain!

Très belle villa avec un magnifique jardin à l'abris des regards

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le propriétaire et les gérants sont très soucieux aux bienêtre des locataires et interviennent très vite en cas de besoin. La cuisine est très bien équipé, tout est présent pour faire des repas élaborés ou des cocktails variés.

Extended my stay

I just had to extend my stay as I fell in love with the home. This is my home and I usually stay when I come to las terrences. This is ideal for me and also for your family. I have stayed here alone and just the comfort of this place makes comes back again and again. The property is well maintained and it is just a home.

I have lived her before and I love this location. It is very to the beach and it is very laid back for a family. This is ideal for families and small children. They can played in the yard, there is a barbecue grill for your use, a community pool, and within distance of center of town. Again, I just love the location, the home, and for me, it is home away from home.

Comfortable home well equipped

We spent 1 month in this semi-detached house part of a closed and secured community of approx. 20 other houses. The house is located near the principal entrance of the community but still private, My feedback is really positive. The house is similar to what shown on the pictures; comfortable furnitures and beds. Plenty of storage for clothes in the bedrooms. Hot water in the bathrooms. Large kitchen very well equipped with all quality appliances needed and a lot of dishes. The terrace also looks similar to the pictures with his big patio set, outdoor dining table and gaz bbq. The well-maintained shared pool is not as close as shown on picture but 1 minute walk from the house. Communications with the maintenance Team were fluid, all our questions/requests have been answered in a short delay and in an efficient way. I've worked during this month using my computer and having video-conferences every day without experiencing any power outage and/or internet disruption, speed was adequate to perform my daily work without any issue.

Nous avons eu un service extraordinaire, particulièrement avec Genesis de l'agence Home gestion. La villa est très bien équipé, ne manque vraiment de rien, endroit très calme. La piscine est peu fréquenté, la mer est pas très loin. Pas besoin de véhicule pour se déplacer. Je le recommande vraiment à tout ceux qui cherchent un endroit à prix raisonnable, un merci spécial à Mr Tanda le propriétaire qui à répondu à nos demandes particulières
