Chalet dei Melograni - Sea, mountains, relaxation, privacy, at your fingertips.
My apartment is near the sea, 5 minutes, city center 5 minutes, airport 15 minutes, 30 minutes from the mountain. Around 1,000 square meters of home (65 sqm) garden and vegetable garden, in the open, ability to use barbecue, organic garden with seasonal fruits, silence and stillness. My accommodation is suitable for couples, business travelers, families (with children) and groups.
Nearby it is possible in the summer to rent rubber boats and sailboats, and in 30 minutes reach the sila for excursions and skis in winter.
During the summer you can enjoy the sea of the protected marine area of Isola Capo Rizzuto.
Possibility to book excursions by sailing boat, dinghy or windsurf equipment rental or single lessons booking.
