Cobblers Cottage is a period 2 bed cottage set in the small village of Muston. 1.5 miles from Filey.

The Cottage has 2 bedrooms, one with a superking size bed and flatscreen TV. bedroom two has bunk beds and a small TV/DVD player. The property has a newly fitted bathroom and kitchen, which includes washing machine, dish washer, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and a large fridge freezer.

The front room has a large Multi fuel burner and a Curved Smart TV and WIFI. There are double doors that lead to the newly fitted kitchen with a dining area that has a table and 4 chairs.

The the rear of the property is a large enclosed garden which is a sun trap. The garden also has an gravelled seating area that has a Sun swing, Rattan seats & small table. Perfect for family holidays.

There is parking on street outside the house.

It is situated 400 yards from the local pub "The Ship Inn"

We stayed for eighteen days lovely little cottage with a small garden and seating area. Great pub 100 yards away. Only problem no hot water in bathroom sink.

Lovely Cobblers Cottage

Spent a great week staying in this cottage. Everything was spotless, the house was very cozy and had everything we needed and more. Really good location for visiting nearby places, a car is probably essential, we were always able to park right outside the door. There is a bus stop at the end of the street opposite a pub which serves good food on nights where you don't want to cook. All in all I would recommend this property.

My husband and I live in Sheffield with our 12 years old boy.
We also have Poppy the dog.
We all love the seaside and used to rent cottages at Filey for our stays. The only thing we didn't like was not always getting a good night's sleep.
We bought the cottage and furnish it as we pleased, with a huge super king size bed to the master bedroom, with a Geltex mattress.
Now we can walk to our heart's content and get a good night's sleep to boot.

Why they chose this property

We love to walk our dog on the beach & get away from it all.
It has a lovely sunny garden which is very relaxing and child friendly, it has a lawned area and gravelled seating area.
Because of its peaceful location it's an ideal base to explore both the North Yorkshire Coast and countryside.
It also has good public transport access with bus stops located at the end of the street and the nearest train station being in Filey & Hunmanby.
There is also a village pub which is a 2 minute walk, which serves a good selection of beers and home cooked local food, such as Rabbit Pie & Amazing puddings.
