Lovely cottage by the lake

This is a fantastic place in the Stockholm archipelago. The cottage is located in a village of summerhouses only ca 100 m from a beautiful lake. The lake water is very clean and wonderful for swimming and there is a little beach suitable for small children. A small row- and sailing boat (8 feet) is available to use.

You have access to the full house with bathroom, bedroom, loft and a living room with an open kitchen solution and a fireplace. All equipment is free to use.

With a large sunny garden and lake area you will get the ultimate summer feeling. There is a newly built terrace, perfect for grilling and to relax during the long Swedish summer evenings. If you need anything or have any questions the hosts are nearby.

Stockholm is a wonderful place during the summer, and with an easy bus ride you will be in the city in only one hour, if an afternoon in town is wanted

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm, die Gastgeber unglaublich nett und liebenswürdig.Das Haus hat Charme, ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das ist wirklich nur ein Wink. Alles andere war super, die Gegend ist toll und wie gesagt Jan und Monika sind sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber.Vielleicht als Anmerkung, es wäre eine gute Idee im Dachgeschoss ein richtiges Bett aufzubauen und nicht ausschließlich die Matratzen. Nach ein paar Tagen wird es doch etwas ungemütlich.Danke noch einmal für die schöne Zeit.

Traumhafte Lage - aber schon sehr viel Patina

Ein kleines Haus auf einem wunderbaren Grundstück. Ein herzlicher Empfang durch die direkt neben dem Haus (10m) wohnenden Gastgebern. Funktionale Inneneinrichtung, die in die Jahre gekommen ist. Bei Bett und Couch ist der Begriff „Patina“ nicht mehr anzuwenden. Stark durchgesessen / durchgelegen. Der Fernsehtechnik war nicht in Gang zu bringen, der DVD Player nicht vorhanden. Trotz traumhafter Lage und wunderschönen Zugängen zu einem See, haben wir uns entschieden, nach einer Nacht abzureisen.

Sonnige Tage mit super Badeplatz

Schönes helles Häuschen, tolle grosse Terrasse zum draussen sitzen, am Nachmittag mit natürlichem Schatten. Zwei Häfen in der Nähe für Ausflüge in die Schären, gute Anbindung an Stockholm, gute Tipps vom immer hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Schönes Häuschen am See

Das Häuschen liegt fast direkt am See in einem grossen Garten und neben dem Haus der Besitzer, welche sehr nett und bemüht sind. Die Einrichtung ist einfach aber zweckmässig. Erholung pur!

Ruhiges Ferienhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe eines Sees

Alles da ausser W-Lan, aber braucht es das unbedingt. Gute Anbindung zu Fährstationen auch mit ÖV. Schöner kleiner Badestrand an einer Meeresbucht mit Velo zu erreichen oder mit ein paar Autominuten. Die Insel bietet nicht das gleiche Inselflair wie eine der kleineren Schäreninseln, aber dafür ist man bei schlechtem Wetter flexibel. Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit mit vielen Tipps. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr nah am Haus der Gastgeber. Ich hatte Glück mit dem Wetter, rundum schöne Ferien.

Außerordentlich gute Lage an einem ruhigen Badesee

Das Häuschen ist sauber und von der Größe ausreichend für zwei Personen. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls gut. Die Lage ist atemberaubend schön und der Badesee ist ruhig. Wir waren meist die einzigen im Wasser. Der See ist sehr sauber und er war sehr erfrischend ohne wirklich kalt zu sein. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und kümmert sich regelmäßig um einen und gibt gute Tipps. Das Ehepaar wohnt direkt nebenan und das muss man schon mögen. Ein kleines Manko ist, dass wenn man mit geöffneten Fenster schlafen möchte, dass man den Schlafraum nicht ausreichend abdunkeln kann. Es ist ok, aber wer Lichtempfindlich ist, sollte eine Schlafmaske mitnehmen. Wir waren sehr angetan und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein schwedisches Paradies

Ein wunderschön gelegenes, sehr ruhiges Objekt mit direktem Zugang zum See, der ein absolut sauberes Wasser hat. Es ist auch ein Ruderboot vorhanden, das in hervorragendem Zustand ist. Das kleine Ferienhaus bietet alles, was man braucht - auch ein Grill steht zur Verfügung. Die Gastgeber wohnen im Haus nebenan und sind sehr liebenswerte und hilfsbereite Nachbarn, die einen stets mit Rat und Tat unterstützen. Wer es gerne ruhig mag, ist hier bestens aufgehoben - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastic cottage in Stockholm archipelago

We were a Swedish couple in our early 30s who stayed 9 nights in the cottage around midsommar. The cottage is beautiful, and so luxurious for the price. The kitchen is more well equipped than my kitchen at home! Cosy fireplace and TV sofas. Great outdoor porch, grill and outdoor table/chairs, we both danced and played board games on that porch :) The bedroom downstairs with double bed had great curtains to make the room dark, something which is really important for me. The loft is great if you have older children, at least 2 can sleep there. There are a ton of family board games, puzzles, and outdoor games like kubb that you can borrow, so we brought a lot of it unneccesarily :) The nearby beach and lake are wonderful and the water was 25 degrees already around June 20. There were not too many mosquitoes, not even in the evenings. Although we did swim elsewhere in Värmdo, none of those beaches were close to beating our home beach/lake. You can borrow a boat, walk around the lake, participate in the local midsommar celebration. The owners Jan and Monika are unbeliavbly friendly and good hosts. In other words, the vacation here can be absolute paradise even if you never leave 200m from the cottage. But if you want to make excursions, Djurö C, Djurönäset, Motorverkstaden, Vita Grindarna, Glassvillan etc are just short bike rides away. There's public transport all over the island. Stavnäs is relatively nearby as well so we did excursions to Runmarö to watch some stand-up, and to Sandhamn, which I can highly recommend! You can easily go on daily excursions if you want. In conclusion, there was absolutely nothing disappointing during our vacation here and I would give my warmest recommendations for this place! We would love to come back next year, and this time relax more and stay more in the fantastic cottage :)

Jag och mina 2 barn hyrde stugan 1 vecka och är supernöjda. Så lugnt och fridfullt nära bad i en jättefin sjö. Många dagar hade vi badet helt för oss själva. Värdarna var omtänksamma och supertrevliga. Vi kommer gärna igen till denna lilla sommaridyll. // Lena

Fantastisk sommarstuga i Stockholms skärgård

Jan och Monika är fantastiska värdar. Allt är förberedd för en skön semestervistelse och vi kände oss mycket välkomna. Stugan har allt ni behöver för att trivas, grill, uteplats, bra kök med omfattande utrustning och massor med spel och pussel. Den är belägen vid en vacker sjö som inbjuder till härliga bad. Naturskönt med rådjur, räv, bäver, älgar och fåglar. Vi kommer gärna igen!

Idyllisches Haus am See

Es hat uns allen extrem gut gefallen an diesem wunderschönen idyllischen Ort. Das Haus ist hell und freundlich mit schönem Sitzplatz (einziger Negativpunkt: nicht überdacht) und direkt am schönsten See gelegen, den man sich wünschen kann. Das Wasser ist sauber und klar, ein sauberer schöner Steg führt ins Wasser, es hat mehrere Flosse und schöne, grosse Steine zum sonnen. Um den See führt ein schöner Spazierweg, wo man Pilze und Blaubeeren sammeln kann. Stockholm ist mit dem Auto und Bus in einer Stunde erreichbar. Am besten parkiert man beim ICA Maxi vor Gustavsberg, Station Mölnviksrondellen. Von dort fahren alle 10 min Busse ins Zentrum (Slussen). Die Vermieter Jan und Monica wohnen gleich nebenan und sind sehr hilfsbereit und liebenswürdig. Wir wären gerne noch eine Woche länger geblieben, schade sind die Ferien vorbei!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes Haus in kleiner Anlage direkt an einem kleinen See. Mit dem Boot kann man segeln und rudern, im See gut schwimmen. Es gibt eine Badeinsel in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Steg. Eines Abends hatten wir einen Elch im Garten, der laut Vermieter gelegentlich mal da ist. Der Vermieter wohnt nebenan und ist sehr nett. Nach Stockholm braucht man ca. 1. Stunde, entweder nur mit dem Bus, der jede Stunde fährt (Haltestelle ist in der Nähe) oder erst mit dem Auto und dann mit dem Bus (10-Minuten-Takt). Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt!

Kleine Hütte mit Seezugang auf einer Schäreninsel

Die kleine Hütte ist einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und ausreichend für 4 Personen. Die Empore hat jedoch eine geringe Höhe, am First ca. 1,80 m. Der kleine See war sehr sauber und mit Jons Jolle mit Opti-Segel hatten wir viel Spaß. Der Zugang zum See ist für die gesamte Ferienanlage, aber wir waren dort fast immer allein. Wir haben die Zeit dort im Traum-Sommer 2018 sehr genossen. Leider gibt es auf der Insel Vindö keinen richtigen Strand am Meer mit Sicht auf die schöne Schärenwelt.

Klein, aber fein !

Eine kleine typisch schwedische Hütte direkt an einem kleinen See in einer traumhaft schönen Gegend umgeben von Wasser, Wälder mit Rehen und Elchen. Es gib ein kleines Ruderboot, das man auch als Segelboot benutzen kann. Der Vermieter Jahn ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben eine Woche dort verbracht und unsere Zeit richtig genossen.

Wunderbare Ferien verliebt

Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen. Es liegt auf einem Seegrundstück mit direktem Zugang zu einem wunderschönen See. Am Ufer gibt es einen Steg, ein Schwimmponton, einen kleinen Sandstrand für Kinder und eine Nacktbadestelle. Zum Haus gehört ein Ruderboot, dass man auch als Segelboot nutzen kann. Das Haus selbst hat ein voll ausgestattetes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette. Entgegen unsere Befürchtungen gab es so gut wie keine Schnaken. Die Wassertemperatur im See betrug unglaubliche 22 bis 23 Grad. In der direkten Umgebung kann man schöne Wanderungen um den See und im Pinienwald machen. Empfehlenswert sind auch Bootsausflüge von Stavsnäs, von wo aus man z.B. mit dem Schnellboot in 30 Minuten auf die wunderschöne Insel Sandhamn mit Yachthafen und Sandstränden kommt. In einer guten halben Stunde kommt man über die Schnellstraße mit dem Auto nach Stockholm, etwa in der selben Zeit auch durch die regelmäßig verkehrenden öffentlichen Busse. In unseren zehn Tagen hatten wir lediglich einen Regentag. Insbesondere vormittags war es auf der schönen Sonnenterrasse des Ferienhaus sehr warm. Die Vermieter, die das Nachbarhaus bewohnen, sind äußerst nett und gleichzeitig diskret. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.

Sehr traumhaftes Ferienhaus direkt am See

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt nur circa 60 km von Stockholm entfernt. Es liegt direkt an einem kleinen See, indem man sehr gut Baden kann. In circa 5 km Entfernung gibt es einen Supermarkt. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es etwas weiter entfernt. Die Umgebung ist ein Traum. Viel Natur und Ruhe. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen insbesondere für einen ruhigen und entspannenden Urlaub.
