Lovely apartment

The property was well equipped and a lovely home. The awnings were a must with the heat but with comfortable seating you could stay outside. Very convenient to the pool areas which were a welcome plus although a shame families with little children didnt use the family pool!Not much of a view though which was the only negative.Would go again.

Super property in great location

Peaceful location but easy to walk to everything you need. The apartment itself is very smart and well looked after. Everything you need to really enjoy your stay which we absolutely did, so much so we’ve booked to stay at the apartment again!

Perfect week

Lovely stay in Elvira, I have stayed in this location before hence why we booked again. Location is ideal for Marbella and Puerto Banus, also Fuengirola. Apartment was ideal for a family of 4 , amenities all that we needed were available. Communication with the owner was no issue. Overall a great stay in a good location and apartment.

Great November break

This is a good property in a great area. Everything was as described. WiFi , TV and hot water was fabulous. Communication with Philippe was easy and he was very helpful and prompt with his replies. We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful Elviria

Lovely apartment, short walk from the village. Well equiped, spacious and comfortable. The apartment is in a quiet location, no surrounding noise. The swimming pool is lovely, plenty of deckchairs. Would recommend if you have never been before. Elviria has a wealth of dining options, bars and childrens play areas.

Lovely apartment on peaceful complex

Phillippe was an excellent host - very quick to respond to any queries and couldn't have done more. The apartment is situated in a peaceful complex and we enjoyed our morning walks down to the beach each day - the smell of the warm pine which we walked through on the way into the village was lovely too. Apartment was just as described and it was excellent. The aircon was brilliant and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything you would need.

Excellent in all aspects

Arrived on Saturday, so collected keys from agent in Calahonda, as directed, and continued as directed with the maps to the complex. Very impressive from all aspects - secure, spacious and all balconies facing south! The apartment was well equipped and spacious, clean and bright. The location was ideal for exploring the area surrounding Marbella, with its many marinas and long, clear, sandy beaches. Ideally positioned for golfing enthusiasts, as well as the high wire and climbing facility. The only downside was negotiating the entries on to the A7 speed track!

A very enjoyable stay in Los Jardines

Philippe's flat is sunny and bright, facing south. In November it was warm all day, no need for either air conditioning or heating. The flat is a good size with a lovely large balcony with a pretty outlook on trees and grass. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided and there is almost instant communication back from the owner if you have any questions. The hot water is plentiful with great water pressure in the showers. The TV has a multitude of channels including British ones. The complex is beautifully landscaped with flowers and pools and is well situated, just a few minutes drive from shops and restaurants and the beach. There is security at the gates so one can feel perfectly safe. We hope to return before too long.

Beautiful apartment

We have just spent 11 days in this lovely apartment in Elviria. The pictures do not do the apartment justice, as it is excellent not only internally but also the grounds of the complex. Everything is very well maintained. The apartment has everything you will need for a home from home holiday. We spent many hours on the terrace enjoying the sunshine. Elviria itself is just a short walk from the complex and has everything you will need. We hired a car and ventures out and about, but there is a lovely beach within walking distance so once you are there a car is not a necessary. There is also 2 supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in Evliria. We would like to thank Philippe for the use of this beautiful apartment and would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans ce splendide appartement. C'est charmant, la résidence est calme, verdoyante. Les piscines sont agréables. Nous fûmes très enchantés de notre séjour dans le condo de Philippe. L’appartement répondait parfaitement à nos attentes et même au-delà. De plus, l’appartement était idéal pour deux couples, chacun ayant son intimité à cause de la configuration des pièces. La communication avec l’hôte a été excellente et rapide. Endroit très bien situé et central pour visiter les alentours. Le site est très sécurisé et très bien entretenu. À recommander.

My wife and I are French, we bought the apartment from an English couple. They were the first owners of the apartment from 2004. We intend to use the apartment as much as possible when isn't rented, as we are both retired.
We live near Versailles, Paris, France.

Why they chose this property

We speak English and Spainish , and we particularly love Andalousia , which we have been familiar with for many years . When we decided to buy an apartment on the Costa del Sol , in the very best position between the sea and the mountains we did not hesitate to choose Los Jardines, Elviria.
Location and security are good. The complex is inhabited and living all the year.
The beaches are very beautiful and chid-friendly.
There are plenty of interesting places to visit within a short distance.

What makes this property unique

There are lots of sporting activities on offer in the area, including golf. We were particularly impressed with the decor and comfort that the previous owners chose for the interior decoration.We think it's a home from home feeling.
We have chosen a local agent with a good reputation. Therefore, during your stay, any problems or question you might have will be dealt with efficiently.
There are also numerous restaurants in the area where the apartment is located.
