This beautiful holiday home in Somme-Leuze, is chic, edgy and there are a lot of pop of colours to make you happy and cheerful. There are 8 bedrooms to sleep 16, ideal for many families or groups travelling together. Sauna lets you unwind here after a tiring day and a terrace is there to relax.

Go out and have fun in the town centre at 9 km or stock up on basics by shopping at supermarket (500 m). There is a public swimming pool, 9 km away.

There is a huge garden for children to play and enjoy. You can also enjoy cooking grilled sizzlers on the barbecue in terrace. There is a recreation room, where you play table tennis or just watch TV. The home offers children’s bed and high chair for a small fee. Parking is on-site.

Family birthday party

Grandparents with children and little children. The house was clean and comfortable. Outside was a large green field to play and to enjoy being together. Nice place to be.

Het huis is veel mooier dan de foto's laten uitschijnen. Wij hebben een fantastisch familieweekend gehad. Het huis is heel ruim met voldoende ruimte en privacy. Ook de tuin met uitzicht is zalig en rustig.

Das Haus ist geräumig und komfortabel, obwohl wir die Küche für eine größere Gruppe etwas eng fanden. Technisch ist das Haus in gutem Zustand, und Sauna und Tischfußball waren ein echtes Plus. Die Küchenherde brauchen etwas, um aufzuheizen, wenn man für mehrere Personen kocht. Aufgrund des kälteren Wetters im November haben wir Garten und Grill kaum genutzt. Die Heizung im Erdgeschoss besteht aus Pelletöfen (im Obergeschoss aus Elektroheizung), die eine angenehme Wärme spenden, aber man braucht etwas Zeit, um die größeren Räume aufzuheizen. Sie sollten Ihre Stromzählerstände überprüfen, da unsere falsch waren. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber wenn Sie viel wandern möchten, ohne das Auto zu benutzen, sind die Möglichkeiten begrenzt. Glücklicherweise ist Durbuy nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Fijn huis voor grote families

Ons weekend was fijn. Bakker blakbij met kleine supermarkt. Alleen deed 1 douche het bijna niet waardoor er 1 badkamer afviel. De eindschoonmaak van de keuken viel aan het eind van de vakantie erg tegen. Dit zat niet in het toch forse schoonmaak bedrag inbegrepen.

Alles was in orde, ruime nette slaapkamers en badkamers, goed uitgeruste keuken! Wel waren niet alle kookpotten bruikbaar wegens aangebrande resten van vorige bezoekers. Er was geen pingpongtafel te bespeuren alhoewel volgens advertentie wel voorzien…?

normaal hadden we geboekt voor laatste weekend januari 2022 maar door de opstoot van Covid wensten we te wijzigen naar eerste weekend van juli. Belvilla was onbereikbaar, niet via mail, niet via telefoon, niet via een gepost bericht. maar we moesten wel een dikke 70% MEER betalen. Dat vind ik allesbehalve klantvriendelijk. en voor de rest maar mails sturen en kortingen beloven. Via Belvilla een vakantiehuis huren?? voor ons NOOIT MEER. Ze kunnen een klant maar 1 keer OPLICHTEN; en nu ben ik benieuwd of ze dit bericht gaan publiceren.

De levendige inrichting gaf ons meteen een goed gevoel, en met 8 ruime slaapkamers had ons gezin van 16 personen voldoende ruimte om zich te verspreiden. De sauna was een fijne extra na een dagje verkennen. Een echte aanrader voor grote groepen!

Vakantiehuis is voorzien van voldoende parkeergelegenheid (4 á 5) en mooie uitstraling aan de buitenkant. Het huis is rustig gelegen. Op loopafstand (500m) mini-supermarkt (+slager/bakker) en frietzaak. Bij binnenkomt vind je een ruime hal. Op de begane grond bevind zich de woonkamer (bestaat uit 2 delen met beide een tv en palletkachel), keuken, eettafel, sauna, badkamer (+wc), wc en slaapkamer (2p). Keuken is ruim en van veel benodigdheden voorzien; 2 koffiezetapparaten, ruim 10 pannen, gourmetstel, waterkoker etc. Bij veel thee/koffie-drinkers is het krap met de hoeveelheid mokken. Op de overloop bevind zich een speel/woonkamer (tv+voetbaltafel). Daarnaast 2 toiletten en 3 badkamers.

Ruim huis, erg praktische indeling, slaapmakers goed afgescheiden van de leefruimte, voldoende sanitair, veel opbergruimte in de keuken en 2 ruime koelkasten met vriesbak, de pellet kachels verwarmen de beneden ruimte goed. Leuke extra's zoals sauna en voetbal tafel. Huis was heel proper bij aankomst en de kachels zorgden al direct voor veel warmte en gezelligheid. Enige minpunt: beperkte buiten ruimte maar dat maakte voor ons in deze herfstperiode niet uit.

Schoon, comfortabel en goed gelegen. De sauna was een fijne luxe na een lange dag wandelen. We waardeerden de doordachte voorzieningen voor kinderen, waardoor het een gemakkelijke keuze was voor gezinnen.

Nous avons eu une expérience agréable dans cette maison de vacances, L'emplacement était paisible, avec de belles vues sur les Ardennes Belge environnantes, La maison était bien équipée, avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, ce qui facilitait la préparation des repas, La salle de loisirs offrait quelques activités amusantes en intérieur, comme le ping-pong, qui a beaucoup plu aux enfants, Bien que la décoration soit un peu excentrique, elle ajoute du caractère à la maison, Dans l'ensemble, un choix solide pour une escapade en groupe, à seulement quelques minutes en voiture des attractions locales
