A Lovely Rental - For Specific Holiday Makers

We (two retired couples) were guests at this rental in the off season (early March). Though the property includes a swimming pool, a hot tub, an outside barbecue, a patio, & a picnic table, they were not available to us since our early stay did not feature hot & sunny days. The house itself is large, sporting 4 bedrooms, 1 en-suite & 3 others on 2 levels, sharing a bath. The rental also includes a livingroom with fireplace, a half bath, with washing machine, & a kitchen. Multi-leveled with spiral stairs connecting the 3 living levels, it is a modern and very attractive house that sits at the top of the town (Lovran), offering a splendid view of the water & the town across the water. Our only cautions (for some travelers) are that the road to the house is narrow, steep, & twisty, requiring careful driving. Also, anyone with mobility issues will find it challenging to navigate the 2 sets of a number of steps to the entrance & the internal spiral stairs leading to the bedrooms. In addition, parking is tricky on the very steep & confined drive which requires a few backups to turn around. The owner, Elvis, is a friendly, helpful, & available to renters. We recommend this rental to young people who are experienced drivers who would especially appreciate its decor & amenities.

Vista mozzafiato!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa residenza negli ultimi giorni dell'anno.. casa spettacolare, pulita, ben curata.. in ogni piano si può vedere il panorama che si affaccia sulla città di Fiume! All'esterno c'è pure una piscina, una piscina con idromassaggio e tutta una zona barbecue studiata prettamente per soggiorni estivi. Il padrone molto cordiale e disponibile. Consiglio il soggiorno!

Thank's for being my guest. Kristine and her family were great guest in my house, very friendly people, very nice, and I would recommed them to every one as a guest. They left the house in perfect order, very clean, and everything was perfect with them. I recommend them as a great guest.
