The house is only 22 km from Split Airport and is located on Ciovo Island on the silent southside, and 5 km from Trogir center. Ciovo Island is reachable by car / taxi over the bridge or by boat.
The house is totally new renovated, new bathroom, new floors, all rooms are charmingly furnished. And new kitchen with Dishwasher, and the kitchen is fully equipped. There are 4 sleeping rooms with twin beds (8 total pers). The house is located with a breath taking sea view only 80 m from the ocean. All rooms are with amazing seaview. Right outside, the house has a huge balcony with a stunning seaview, with new garden furnitures. There is a transportable effective climate, and 2 new wind tabs. Further more the 2 bedrooms upstairs are with automatic air conditioning. 2 bedrooms are downstairs under the balcony, and the other ones are next to the toilet upstairs. The house has a new barbecue, and in the garage there are 1 kayak, water sports gear and a stroller. On the roof top of the garage, there is a trendy lounge build out of pallets. The beach in front of the house is rocky, and 5 minutes walk away there is a small beach with pebble stones recommended for kids. 1.5 km away there is a very charming beach with cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarket, a beach which is recommended for kids. On the island of Ciovo there are lots of cozy cafes and restaurants with local served food. From the town of Trogir you can reach Split center by boat for only 6 euros pr. person.

We loved the house, the view from the terrace, the new kitchen with the coffee machine and all the beach equipment we could use.We had everything we needed and highly recommend this house!

Nice House with flaws

The house is generally nice, having been newly renovated, and it has the advantage of three air conditioning units. However, there are a few downsides. One of the main issues is that you're required to wash your own bed linens and towels before leaving. This means you have to rely on the previous guests having cleaned them thoroughly, which isn’t ideal. Additionally, for a house that accommodates 8 people, only having one bathroom can be a bit inconvenient, but it's still manageable. Lastly, the indoor dining table is only designed for 4 people, which can be an issue for larger groups. In summary, a nice house, but some aspects could be improved for a more comfortable stay.

Da das Objekt von den Vormietern geputzt werden sollte, war die Sauberkeit nicht vorhanden. Allerdings war nirgends in der deutschen Fewo Seite aufgeführt, dass die Endreinigung und das Waschen der benutzen Wäsche vom Mieter zu leisten ist! Wir haben es auch erst am Anreisetag erfahren.Normalerweise wird bei Abreise besenrein verlangt und die bereitgestellte Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind/werden vom Vermieter gewaschen!Die Lage und Aussicht ist toll, ansonsten können wir das Haus nicht empfehlen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht gegeben.

Dear Jutta Well, I can only apologize if the standard was not as expected, but I compensated you immidiately with paid cleaning by a company, so you did not have to do it . But i must also admit, that you were super upset by following. - the laundry maschine inside the soap basket was dirty - my garage , where you have nothing to do, you said it was full garbage, the old kitchen was there. - you were upset that 2 coffee cups were a bit broken in the top, but funny you did not mentioned the 9 other new ones that were total new. - when I found out that VRBO did a google translations to FEWo and this oner was not clear enough, I compensate you immediately with a full house cleaning after your stay on my payment. abd I called VRBO and they could not change this, so in the future I have to do this information by myself. - i have rented the house out for 8 years, and have nevar had problems with self cleaning and layndry, because this our dream house, and we want people to take care of the house instead. And when you have a Airbnb, or VRBO you must accept private stuff in the house, but you could not accept this. I will give you my advise next time you are travelling; rent a 5 star Hotel. and I will not have you again in my new renovated house , with new kitchen, where you have made marks on my fridge door. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus in einer tollen Lage . Die Küche ist relativ neu. Ein toller Kaffeeautomat ist dabei. Der Flughafen ist in der Nähe. Man kann vom Hafen aus mit dem Schiff nach Trogir und nach Split fahren. Es sind viele Mücken vor Ort,Mückennetze am Fenster wären da gut. Das Haus muss vor der Abfahrt selbst gereinigt werden, und die Handttücher und Bettwäsche müssen gewaschen werden, das sollte man vielleicht vorher wissen, wenn man bucht.

Es hat uns gut gefallen. Der Weg zum Meer ist sehr steil, aber dort hat man schöne Stellen zum Baden. Bei Fragen, wurde schnell und nett geantwortet.

Lovely house with fantastic view

Mornings on the balcony are priceless, Christian writes in his welcome letter. We couldn't have described it better. Actually, this applies to our entire stay in this attractive and fully furnished house. In addition to the spacious balcony, the second terrace with the lounge set is also a wonderful place. From the first moment we felt at home and we can now look back on a wonderful holiday.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus *****

Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage und unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer (Bademöglichkeit). Vielen Dank nochmals an Christian, dass wir einen tollen Urlaub in deinem Haus verbringen durften.
