Charming detached house, typical Istrian stone, decorated with exceptional details handmade, on two floors for 2 + 2 persons, only 150 m from the sea and the beautiful sandy beach, equipped, where you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas. Air-conditioned house, ideal for spending a family holiday with children in a special environment. The typical Istrian furniture (a large part made by hand) and the warmth of the house will make you seem to live in a fairy tale. The terrace shaded by a tree, and parking near the house. Pets are welcome.
Cozy cottage of 44 sqm on two floors, on the ground floor the built-in kitchen with two gas burners, microwave, fridge with freezer, bathroom with shower, dining room. The internal staircase leads upstairs in the double room from which you enter the room with the bunk beds. There are air conditioning, satellite TV, towels and linen.
The terrace in front of the house, equipped with garden furniture under the mighty lime tree, where you can spend moments of relaxation in the shade.
The house is located in Zambratija a small fishing village near Umag. The area is unique for its well-equipped sandy beach ideal for children where you can rent deck chairs and umbrellas. The Destino bar on the beach is perfect to spend relaxing evenings admiring the sea and the wonderful sunsets while enjoying the delicious drinks of the bar. The small supermarket with the adjacent bar is great for coffee in the morning.
In the area there are various possibilities for sports, excellent fish restaurants, pizzerias, bars on the beach. It is possible to make several excursions for a fee by booking at Trevitours: boat trips, coach trips, trips to Venice, PN Brijuni, Pula.
In Umag there is a children's playground, aquarium, museum to visit. A few kilometers from Grissignana the city of artists, Motovun is known for the film festival, Hum is the smallest city in the world, Aqualandia (water park) and more.

Charming little Istrian House

I stayed at the house by my self with my Dog. It was just amazing. We were greatet by the travel agency and then by the owner of the house. They were both verry welcoming and verry nice people. I felt right at home. The house was just as welcoming. It is beautifully decorated and has such unique character. I loved every singel Minute there!

Einfach traumhaft. Das kleine Häuschen ist mit sehr viel liebe zum Detail gestaltet worden. Wir vermuten das alles in Eigenleistung entstanden ist weil so etwas macht man nicht vom Fließband. Urgemütlich und da ist mit so viel Liebe gemacht wurde ist es auch dementsprechend gepflegt sauber und duftet wunderbar. Und zwar das Haus mit zwei Kindern und Hund auch nicht zu klein. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchen eine kleine urige Küche die gut ausgestattet war, ein sehr ordentliches Bad mit Ablagefläche und diversen Putzmitteln die wir nutzen konnten um es so sauber zu halten. Ein kleines Kinderschlafzimmer mit Hochbett und das Elternschlafzimmer was herrlich kühl war mit einem sehr bequemen Bett. Draußen kann man ganz wundervoll mit Hund sitzen. Der Baum bietet wundervollen Schatten. Und die Außendusche ist einfach nur praktisch. Uns wurden auch frische Blumen hingestellt und an manchen Abenden in die Kerzen am Haus angemacht. Das haben wir als sehr gastfreundlich empfunden. Der Sitzplatz wurde auch nahezu jeden Tag sehr dezent von den Blättern befreit und die Blumen gegossen immer wenn wir nicht vor Ort waren. Ansonsten ist das Häuschen sehr gut gelegen es sind wirklich nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand und auch zu den nächsten Strandbars und Bistros ist es nicht zu weit. Sollten wir noch mal in die Ecke reisen wollen wäre das kleine süße Häuschen auf jeden Fall unsere erste Wahl.

Ein perfekter Spätsommerurlaub

Natürlich erst einmal vielen lieben Dank an die Vermieter, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen haben. Das Haus wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail gebaut und eingerichtet, ständig entdeckt man neue Dinge, die Dario verbaut hat. Für einen Urlaub ist das Haus komplett eingerichtet und mit zwei Personen war es ideal. Zum Wasser braucht man ca. 5 Minuten und man kann zwischen Sand- und Felsstrand wählen. Wir waren mit unserm Labrador im Haus, der auch sehr herzlich empfangen wurde. Für Hundebesitzer ist es auch gut, da genug Auslaufzonenen im Hinterland vorhanden sind. Für uns ein gelungener Urlaub, woran wir uns noch gern erinnern werden. Für Fischliebhaber: der Laden in der Ljubanska Ulica in Umag bietet vortrefflich guten, frischen Fisch an.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem liebevoll gestaltetem Steinhaus! Hier gibt es viele wunderbare, kleine Details zu entdecken. Was auf den Fotos nicht zu sehen ist, ist die tolle Aussendusche, die nach dem Besuch im Meer (das ist tatsächlich zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreicht) genau das richtige ist. Die Besitzer des Hauses sind wunderbare Gastgeber und wir haben definitv vor, wieder zukommen!

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und nett. Das Haus hatte viel Charme mit jeder Menge einzigartigen Bauelementen. Sehr schön gemacht… Wir haben das Haus sehr dunkel empfunden und hatten leider keine gemütliche Sitzecke. Auch draußen gab es nur kleine Plastikstühle. Schade…. Wir wurden mit einem sehr schönen und vorallem sehr sauberen Häuschen überrascht. Die Lage war sehr ruhig, dennoch waren alle Dinge ( Strand, Restaurants und Bäcker etc.) fußläufig bzw. mit kurzen Fahrzeiten gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub. Herzlichen Dank dafür
