Location When i read facilities it said outdoor furniture and balcony. 16a didnt. When i rang i was told the pictures didnt show a balcony? But it clearly said in facilities

Great location, no real issues!

Great location, very spacious! Lovely pool! I like everything but could have some sun loungers to bring with pool as towel destroyed on grass, could give a few more towels! Flat is a bit run down but perfect for us as we were out of the flat most of the days, perfect location

Central location

Central location. Very clean, very spacious apartments. Working washing machine, cooker, kettle, toaster, tv with english. Indoor pool was fantastic, wc facilities nearby for changing and bathroom. The microwave was old and took a long time to heat up. Outdoor pool was freezing but it is November Only thing was we didn't have a balcony, the whole apartment was windowed in, views were amazing but missed the balcony for night time.

A good apartment, large, clean, good value, and great location - but allow time to collect the keys.

The apartment was larger than expected, was well presented and clean, and is in a great location close to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. The garage for our hire car was also very helpful and secure. Good value for money and would stay there again It was a little tricky to collect and deliver the keys from the third party office and it was difficult to find the car park first time. The air conditioning was fine for the main living/dining area but was not quite strong enough to fully reach the bedrooms.

Nothing short of amazing

Large spacious living space easily enough space for 6 adults to stay without feeling claustrophobic. We were only provided with one set of keys which was a bit awkward at times. Also we couldn’t get the intercom to work so to get into the property we were using phones and the key holder would then have to come down to let us in.

Thank you for staying with us and for your review. Unfortunately the previous guests lost a set of keys and we were unable to give you more than one. The keys to that building are special and we have to order them by mail and they usually take about two weeks. It's annoying. We have requested more spare ones in case it happens again. Nice apartment, clean pool

Nice apartment, clean pool. In the heart of benidorm without it being too loud on a night to sleep. Would have been nice for us to be told there was building works going on next door as it was very loud during the day. But this didn't spoil things too much. Broken glass around the pool and in the grass which we told the lifeguard about but she didn't seem bothered and didn't get anyone to clean it up
