Wonderful, spacious, modern Villa that had everything we needed. Views , terraces, pool all perfect. The trek down to Agni Bay isn't as long as we first thought and we enjoyed the easy walking around to many more bays with crystal clear water for snorkeling. A car is really necessary to get shopping and go anywhere else. We were here October 10th to 17th. Tavernas at Agni closed at the start of this week although some on the main road were still open and all in Kalami 15 minutes away were open. The upside at this time of year was empty beaches all to ourselves. We would highly recommend this accommodation. Communication with Andrew the owner before and during the holiday was excellent.

Very clean and spacious villa. Good sized swimming pool and plenty of outside seating areas. Great location on the the North East coast, close to Kassiopi and a number of beautiful small bays along the coast. The closest is Agni beach which is 5 minutes in a car or approximately a 30 minute walk, albeit down a steep rocky path to the bay.

Lovely stay!

My family and I loved staying here during our first visit to Corfu. The villa was clean and spacious for all of us, with outstanding views! The location was convenient for touring other areas of the island, a rental car is recommended. The villa was stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay and communication with the owners was great. It was our home away from home and would not hesitate to visit again!

Wonderful villa, great location

We loved our stay at The Almond Tree. The villa has everything you could possibly need. It is well designed, lovely pool, air conditioning, close to the sea. In a beautiful area too. It is so nice that we might like to return one day!

Fabulous villa in an outstanding position.

This is a beautiful and comfortable villa, with everything one could need. There are stunning views across the Ionian Sea to Albania from every room and a lovely pool and terrace, also with a view. We had an amazing holiday here: there are so many great bays and beaches close by and first class restaurants.

Beautiful villa with stunning views and such well thought variety of seating areas outside, very well equipped throughout, lovely pool nothing to fault! Lovely area with many local bays and taverna's, thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful and wonderful

Amazing villa and pool- spent days moving from bed to pool to hammock to lunch under the olive tree and back to the pool then evening out and back to bed. It is so restful and beautiful.

Just fabulous

Wonderful villa and pool in a great location. Beautiful views and airy interiors. Us oldies loved the terrace off the bedroom to read and chill, kids loved the pool. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely villa and for creating some wonderful memories.

Heavenly home

High quality furniture, homely, comfortable. We had ten days at The Almond Tree and couldn't have enjoyed it more. Well located, peaceful area up a small lane away from the road. The views from all the rooms were really exceptional - wide expanse of the sea and hill sides. We will miss being there, and would highly recommend it.

Perfect week away

Our stay at Almond Tree was perfect. Beautiful villa, we spent our days in the pool and walking down to Agni Bay for meals at the tavernas. We hired a boat from Agni Boats which was a highlight. A short walk from Agni over to Kalami to shop in the 2 shops stopping at the swimming spots on the way. The bus stops on the main road, we visited Kassiopi for the day. Would love to return one day.

Amazing villa

Beautiful villa and pool with stunning views. Agni Bay is a bit of a trek in the current heat but the water is beautiful. We didn't hire a car but caught buses from the stop at the bottom of the hill, visiting Nissaki, Kalami, Kasseopi, Corfu and Aqualand. Lots of great spots around the villa to relax with a cold glass or a coffee in the morning coffee themorning

The accommodation is a beautiful holiday home, it has all you need for an amazing time in Corfu. The scenery is idyllic. Good location for getting up to Kassiopi and down to Corfu town and the aqua park. The private pool and area is lovely and perfect for a family holiday. The only two downsides were; the building work happening across the road, that did on occasion continue into the early evening, which with young children was a bit of an issue. However communication with the host was excellent and they worked hard to try and remedy this, and the pool was not heated for the first part of the holiday (May), but once again quickly rectified by Dave, which made it much more enjoyable. If the pool is chilly just ask Dave to have a look at it when he comes to maintain it, he comes regularly, but this is not intrusive, and has good food place recommendations.We would absolutely book again, and would recommend this holiday home, and Andrew and Caterina as hosts!

Thank you for your kind review. We did manage to tackle the issues you encountered. We had no way of knowing when building work starts and stops as this has been going on for two years. We managed to immediately get hold of the owner and request that he only worked on the site in a neighborly manner. The next guests had no issues as they stuck to their agreement.
