Located on the heights of Cadenet, the villa offers a breathtaking view of a typical village of South Luberon and the Durance Valley. It is ideally located to discover the many treasures of the Luberon (Lourmarin 3 km, Isle sur la Sorgue, the Provencal Colorado ...) but also Aix en Provence (30 minutes), Marseille, Avignon, Cassis and beaches 45-60 minutes.

The villa is located on a plot of 1000 m2 in a dominant location bordered by a wood and a fitness trail.

The house of approx 180 Sqm has undergone a complete renovation and is sitiayed within a private and closed area of 3.200 sqm including wood.

Everything is done to enjoy the riches of this region in all seasons:

From spring to autumn, you will cool off in the infinity pool or in the shade of the covered terrace.

The pool of about 6 * 4.5 m is certainly not Olympic but offers a breathtaking view of the village while remaining private. Its southern exposure allows you to enjoy a long time in the year.

In winter you will lose nothing from the beautiful view, huddled around the fireplace bifocals or warmed by the midday sun on the outdoor terrace.

Throughout the year you will appreciate the softness of our indoor swimming SPA (2,4m * 4,70m) heated to 33-35 degrees, various outdoor equipment (trampoline, ping-pong, petanque ...) as well as a warm interior consisting of a large living room-kitchen of 75 m2. and its mezzanine of 15m2, 3 rooms (1 with a bed of 160, 1 with a bed of 140, 3rd modular room in 1 double bed of 160 or two beds of 80 and a convertible sofa-bed), 1 room of water, 1 bathroom, 2 separate toilets and a heated SPA room of 30 m2 .....

Everything has been thought of for your comfort: the heating / cooling floor is coupled with air conditioning for the warmer months. You will have an internet connection, a 55 inch TV with DVD player, high-end connected hi-fi equipment, piano, and numeris sport and leisure equipments such as table football, XXL trampoline, ping-pong table, pétanque area and a mini-golf (in construction) ...

On the kitchen side, you will have something to satisfy the gourmets thanks to a spacious and well equipped kitchen as well as a gas griddle.

You had dinner or dine inside or under the covered terrace, you will enjoy the panoramic view that makes the special charm of this house.

The terrace discovered by the pool, with its garden furniture and sun loungers, is ideal for sunbathing.

Pets are welcome (except in the pool, spa and beds) after agreement.

Cleaning fee (mandatory) 120 € to be paid on site.
Upon prior request, a set of 2 towels can be provided for a fee of 10€.
