Unfortunately living in England, means we can make available our home in Spain to others to enjoy. We have 2 teenage boys 14 and 17yr old, who have enjoyed Aguas since being toddlers.
My husband and I spend as much time there as we can, as their are so many things to do in the area.

We have a lot of friends there in the surrounding area having been there since 2003. We have recently decided to let our home in Aguas for a number of reasons, one fact being, that our boys have many interests now in the Uk. So we are now limited to as much travel as we did.

Why they chose this property

We looked at numerous places along the Costas & decided on a peaceful mountain village location and in particular Aguas, with its mountain views and peaceful village location where we can safely go for walks down to the central part of the village. The village is monitored regularly by The policia local and therefore giving us a further feeling of security in the area.

We get the best of both worlds,being only half an hour from Alicante Airport, The City of Alicante & the holiday resort of Benidorm.

The area is really fantastic because there are so many options for you to choose from in respect to what you really want from a holiday. It gives us as a family a great deal to choose from to keep all four of us occupied.

What makes this property unique

The village provides us with all our shopping and living needs and really if we didn't want to drive any where and just relax there in the garden around the pool,then we can do just that.

Then from the village we only have a ten minute drive down to the Beach & Marina and all the facilities a town can offer.

Its great to wake up in the morning as the sun comes over the hills and to know you'll be sat on the terrace having breakfast and watching the kids either playing in the garden or even safely joining in playing with the local kids on the street outside.
