Meliti Luxury villa is located in the picturesque village of Fontana in Paxos island. The villa overlooks the Ionian Sea and the Greek mainland. The villa yet quite modern in facilities, was build with the famous Paxos stone with respect to traditional architecture and style. It is surrounded by a big garden with swimming pool and wide terrace, which offer privacy and relaxation throughout the day and night. One of the advantages of the house is that visitors can enjoy almost absolute privacy in the house as it is situated in the middle of olive grooves, and at the same time they can walk to the village of Fontana in two minutes time, where one can find mini market, tavernas and bar. The Villa is in two levels. The villa is very sunny, decorated in country style. The villa is pets friendly. Ioanna is the notary public of the island as well as the keeper of the Land Registry of the island. She came from Corfu 20 years ago and fell in love with the island, so when she eventually decided to built this house she tried to to find harmony between tradition and modern interior design. Ioanna together with her nephew Akis look after the villa and welcome the guests. For many years Ioanna has been an active member of the Cultural Association of Paxos. She now participates in the Philharmonic Band of the Paxos Community. She loves music and travelling.
