Bay View Villa is a unique luxurious holiday villa with a private infinity pool with a stunning Sea view of the Famagusta Bay and the Mediterranean Sea. "Environment at the Villa": It’s a perfect combination of a luxurious, family and peaceful environment at the highest point of Protaras area.

Our service is to provide Covid responsible service and always meet out guests needs. Our outmost goal is to help you have a stress free and unique family and friends holidays:) This is why, since the beginning of 2020 when Covid started, we have been providing the options to all our guests to either book a future date with the deposit already paid or a refund in the case their booking is affected solely by Governmental and official Covid 19 restrictions.

Even if we have a strict policy, we are here to help our guests and make them feel as comfortable and confident about their option as possible:)

WEDDING CEREMONIES or ANY OTHER EVENTS:

Bay View Villa is also available to be booked for your wedding day through our exclusive wedding planning service but also BBQ events and party events are acceptable subject to owners consent. 7 nights minimum stay is obligatory for all above events and ceremonies.

Fantastic villa!

A big thank you to George & Andreas for making us feel so welcome at Bay View. A stunning villa with great views of the coast and well located for trips into Protaras and Ayia Napa. Highly recommend this villa and will certainly look to return in the future.

Fabulous Villa!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Bayview Villa. This place is amazing and has everything you need for a perfect stay. Great property, fabulous owners

Huge villa, excellently maintained and equipped. George and Andreas did not save any effort to make our stay enjoyable. On the top of a hill, it offers a great view of the Mediterranean and the coastal line. Very quiet, ideal for a family group with children.

Just returned to the Uk after a week in the amazing Bay View Villa. We were a party of 6 couples celebrating my 60th birthday and everything couldn’t have gone any better. Outstanding luxury villa

We were a family of 11 ranging in age from 25-75 and Bay View Villa exceeded all our expectations. Andreas was very responsive with any of our requests and his father George met us at the Villa on arrival. On arrival we were overwhelmed by the beauty of this villa in particular the pool and outside space. The views were stunning and we all had an amazing holiday. We hope to return again one day and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Protaras area. Thank you Andreas and George for making our stay so amazing.

Awsome villa and Awsome Hosts

Andrea’s and his father George can not do enough for you. After communicating with Andreas for over 12 months from booking to actually getting there nothing was too much trouble. Transfers and car hire all sorted by Andreas. The villa is stunning and was the perfect get away for the whole family. The surrounding area is beautiful and has everything you need and to suit everybody. Thank you Andreas and George for everything.

Just incredible

We’ve just had the privilege of staying at Bay View Villa for my partners 30th birthday and it was honestly the best experience and exceeded any expectations we had. George and Andreas have been incredible from initial discussions over 8 months ago, right through to our departure on Monday. The facilities provided are excellent and the location is only 6-10 minute drive from shops, restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Wonderful place for a relaxing holiday

We had a great stay with our family (6 adults and 5 children under the age of 8) at Bay View Villa. The location is very nice, a quiet area but not far away from the super market, restaurants and beaches etc. There is plenty of space inside the villa, only the main kitchen is a bit small. The outside area was also spacious with a nice kitchen and a BBQ area. The interior is fine, the beds are very good. The large swimming pool is the topic of the house, therefore pool heating is recommended at this time of the year, especially for the kids. The owner Mr George is a perfect host and he is very helpful with for example arranging a mini bus, renting cars, doing groceries etc. We really recommend this villa.

Debbie and Alan's 60th Birthday family trip

After moving our trip forward a year due to covid restrictions thanks to Andrea's and George. We finally arrived at bay view late on Friday 29th July, to be welcomed by George and Andrea's, the driveway into the property instantly Makes you feel like you are in a tropical paradise, the landscaping planting are amazing three hundred year old olive trees all beautifully lit up and every tropical palm tree you can imagine. All this before you walk through that wonderful entrance to the view of the beautiful infinity pool, the whole villa is stunning.. Thank you so much George and Andrea's for your warm welcome and hospitality, George your gifts of figs and passion fruit from your allotment. You arranged our car hire, tips on turtle spotting restaurants. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts you helped make our trip such an amazing memorable one. FANTASTIC VILLA TRULY EXCEPTIONAL

If you want a truly relaxing holiday in a wonderful setting in the most beautiful villa you need to book this property. It is the best villa we have ever stayed in, and as a family we have hired villas for the past 15 years and this one tops them all. It is exceptional with beautiful views and lots of space for all family members to relax inside and out . George and Andreas are excellent hosts and cannot do enough for you, they are very attentive. Their communication is excellent and they responded very quickly & efficiently to every question we had. We also found the service they offer of an airport pick up and arranging car hire fantastic. The cars are delivered to the villa, its so easy. The villa is even more luxurious than it looks in the photographs. It is huge and very comfortable, extremely clean and has absolutely everything you could possibly need. The villa is situated on a hill and has the most wonderful views. Its is very near to the Beautiful Fig Tree Bay, there are lots of bars and Tavernas close by and 2 supermarkets. Honestly you couldn't ask for more it is idyllic. Many thanks to George & Andreas for everything and for a really fantastic holiday. Best hosts ever.

This property is a perfect place to stay for a family holiday

The beautiful large house with 6 six large bedrooms and bathrooms located in three separate areas of the house is perfect for a family with 3 generations. There are plenty of space in the house and as one of the children asked: "Are we the only ones in the whole hotel?" The house is very well equipped. We did not miss anything, you just have to look for it for a while in all the cupboards and drawers :-) Table tennis, pool table and table football all in good condition were very popular with the youngs. But most of all we enjoyed the beautiful terrace and infinity pool overlooking the sea in the distance. The children were swimming and playing in and around the pool all day, and as the house is located far from all neighbors, nobody was annoyed by the noise. In the evening we all dined at the big table at the terrace and most days the food was prepared on the very large barbecue. All in all we had a fantastic vacation and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot to George and Andreas

Fabulous week at Bay View

We stayed at the villa for a week with friends and couldn’t have wished for more. The villa is really well equipped, ultra clean, in a great location and has a stunning pool and outdoor space. The owners Andreas and George could not have been more accommodating and helpful from the initial booking through to our welcome at the villa. They were always on hand with any queries we had. We would highly recommend this villa and will be looking to book again next year.

A Perfect Holiday

We chose the Bay View villa to celebrate my 50th Birthday with friends and have have recently returned from a wonderful week's stay. The villa didn't disappoint from the moment we arrived. We received a very warm welcome from George and the view as you walk through the door is stunning, and puts a smile on your face every time you enter. The villa is extremely spacious with large en-suite bedrooms and the outside space, BBQ/dining and pool area is perfect. George and Andreas were both very helpful from the initial contact and available if we needed them throughout our stay. We would highly recommend the private chef that George put us in contact with, on the two occasions we used Christos the food he prepared was fantastic and plentiful. The local recommended taxi company were also efficient and friendly. We all had a truly wonderful time and would like to thank George and Andreas for making us feel so welcome and for giving us the pleasure of staying in their beautiful home. We would highly recommend the Bay View villa and hope to return. Barry & Sam:)

My family and I stayed at the villa for 10 days (varied in ages from 2 to 70) and we had an amazing stay. The villa really is as amazing as it appears on the pictures and I have to say really lives up to expectations. From the moment you arrive and walk up to that spectacular view through the house to just relaxing around the pool it never disappoints. There is plenty to do, the pool is great so you can spend your days relaxing or the kids can go crazy, there is a table tennis table, pool table and table football. The villa is so big it’s easy for you to find some quiet space and there’s a great outdoors BBQ and kitchen area for outside dining. There are no neighbours for miles so it's very quiet. We can't recommended this villa enough!

Fantastisk feriebolig i nydelige Kypros

5 stjerners bolig som ligger alene på en topp med fantastisk utsikt over Protaras. Alle rom er i meget god standard. Uteområdet er supert med en liten plen og flott basseng. God plass til å spise og sofa til å slappe av i. George, huseieren er veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig. Anbefales på det sterkeste!

Best vacation ever!

The villa is absolutely amazing. The location is perfect, the rooms are large, the pool is just Gorgeous. I would definetely recomend this villa to family and friends, we enjoyed it so much that we will definetely go back next summer! Our wedding wont be the same without this special location. Cheers!
