Cosy Grade 2 Listed Cottage on the historic High Street of Wells-Next-The-Sea

Located on the historic high street of Wells-next-the-Sea, Elgin Cottage is just moments from the town's independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, 450 yards from the bustling harbour and an easy walk (or v short drive) to the beach. Perfect for a family holiday or a get together with friends it provides the ideal base to explore this stunning area of North Norfolk.

The building is on three floors. Downstairs is a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with a fold-out dining table. A door from the kitchen leads to the courtyard garden. Stairs from the living room lead to the master bedroom with views over the High Street. A bathroom with a shower is also on this level. Stairs accessed via a door from the master bedroom lead to a large room with two beds, tucked away at the top of the house. A door from the kitchen leads to a courtyard garden and an outbuilding with a washing machine and tumble drier and toilet.

Please note that access to the second bedroom is via the master bedroom.

Please also note that our neighbours have right of way access through the garden so that bins can be collected. We also have right of way access through our neighbour's garden on the righthand side.
