Very comfortable and charming studio room with plenty of space for two of us and our large dog. Everything we needed for the five days we stayed there. Our host Jane was away but her husband and son were around to make us feel welcome. There aren't any facilities in the village of Tiptoe but it isn't very far to the shops in Sway and the charming little town of Lymington.

Smart, spotless, comfortable and with everything well thought through and provided, this delightful studio barn made a perfect place to stay for three nights for my husband and I and our two dogs. We got clear instructions from Jane on how to find the property and Vincent could not have been more welcoming when we got there. The location is ideal for New Forest and South coast walks. If you're looking for a good local pub we thought the Hare and Hounds was by far the best nearby. All in all a really fabulous place to stay which I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
