Great Apartment had everything we needed, there was soap and toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and sponges, salt, sugar, olive oil and even fresh milk and water in the fridge! There was also loads of English novels to read, which was a big plus for me as I always run out of books. The Beds were comfortable and the view from the Balcony was beautiful. The apartment has everything you need, to make your stay good. The pool area was lovely and all the staff were very friendly. The apartment is in the perfect location, just around the corner from the main street and still very quiet and relaxing! No noise at night. If you like pizza, the restaurant on site makes the best pizza I have had in along time. The coffee in the pool bar was also great. The owner Jackie was excellent to deal with and was very quick to answer all questions we had and even allowed us to stay all day as our flight did not leave until late, which we were very grateful for. We have stayed in many apartments and hotels in the past and this one has by far been the best. I will definitely return and would recommend this apartment to anyone!

sonniges Appartement mit hervorragenden Matratzen

Es war mit erforderlichen Dingen bestückt, die Wasser-und Stromversorgung war ununterbrochen sehr gut, aber die Sitzgelegenheiten sind unbequem und veraltet, sowohl die Stühle am Esstisch als auch die Couch und der Sessel. Die Gardinen im Wohnzimmer müssten erneuert werden.Aber die Betten waren prima und ein grosser Eisschrank war vorhanden. Wir haben uns aber in den 3 Monaten in dieser Wohnung wohl gefühlt.

Colchones en muy mal estado / bad matress

Las camas están en muy mal estado , los muelles del colchón se clavan por todas partes y es imposible descansar en ellas . Ambas camas estaban en el mismo estado . Se lo hicimos saber al dueño del apartamento y nos prometio nuevos colchones en unos días pero eso nunca paso . Cuando volvimos a preguntarle nos contesto de mala gana que podríamos haber dormido en el sillón con las sábanas de la cama . Muy grosero y 0 empatía , le advertimos de las camas desde el segundo día de nuestra estancia y en ningún momento hizo nada por ayudarnos , solo nos prometió un cambio para que nos quedásemos alojados , y después se desentendió totalmente . Pagamos mucho por Noche para dormir en camas llenas de muelles y súper viejas , y tampoco para dormir en un sofá . La verdad no entiendo como se atrevió si quiera a mandarnos a dormir al sofá . Tampoco nos ha dejado papel higiénico en el Baño , ni jabón ni nada de nada . Solo dos toallas para toda la estancia las cuales están viejas y deshilachadas . También destacar que es muy difícil Comunicarse con el dueño de la casa , el Cual no se encuentra en la isla , y nadie te entrega las llaves a la llegada o te explican las cosas , están puestas en un buzón y ea, a tu suerte . The matress were so unconfortable , full with springs that were stocked all over my body . We let know the owner that we couldn’t sleep in those beds and he suggested that he will buy new matress in the coming days and send us new clean sheets to spend one night at the couch ( what is a cheap simple one ). We didn’t pay a lot per night to end up sleeping in a couch but still , we believed in his promise. Turn out that we didn’t hear from him anymore , neather received anything and when I wrote him again , he answer me very mean saying that we could just sleep on the couch with the sheets from the bed . He didn’t arranged anything for us , and yet he was still mean at the emails . Fake promises just to keep us at the apartament. The towels were also old and brocken at the borders and we didn’t got anything like soup or toilet paper. And just one towel per person for 5 nights . The place and pools is wonderful but I wouldn’t recommend to anybody to hire this apartament in particular , you wouldn’t get any rest and it only would spoil your vacations .

Hi Aaron I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay in our apartment. Firstly you booked for 5 nights. You made contact on the third afternoon about the mattresses and this was a Saturday. I explained that there was nothing I could do about the mattresses before your departure. The supplier only delivers on a Wednesday and you were leaving on the Tuesday. I have had people stay in the apartment all summer and I did not get complaints about the mattresses. People have very different preferences when it comes to their choice of what they like. The mattresses have been replaced with new ones since your stay but I am sure there will be some people that will not like them as it is such a personal choice. The sofa bed is not a cheap sofa bed and is comfortable. You did not use this. The bed linen fitted this. There were two towels left per person. You requested to stay an extra night and got angry when I could not allow you to do so. I was very polite in all my correspondence with you. Unfortunately I would not welcome you to stay in our apartment as you left it in a terrible condition. There was lots of rubbish left throughout and dirty dishes in the sink.

Oasis Dunas Chorralejo

Insgesamt ein gutes Appartement . Uns persönlich hat eine Kaffeemaschine gefehlt . 1Handtuch und 1 Duschtuch pro Person finde ich allerdings zu wenig , 2 wären angebracht . Die Matratzen , na ja , mein Mann ist ein Leichtgewicht , und wenn der sich schon beschwert , das will was heißen .An erholsamen Schlaf war da eher nicht zu denken .Da sollte der Vermieter vielleicht mal was ändern .

Hyper centre great appartment well located in Corralejo

We spent delicious holidays in this appartment located in a lovely big tourism complex with all services. The appartment is really clean and comfortable for a familly of 4 persons. I recommand it. Moreover, The owner is serious and listens to your needs.

Overall a decent apt to stay in , good complex , imagine would be very busy in summer hols .

Stayed here begining of march basic apartment could do with revamp for what we paid have stayed in better in the past for the same price or even cheaper could of done with a welcome pack when I arrived at least a bottle of water 1 small bath towel and 1 hand towel each for 2 people wasnt enough did have a washing machine which was on every day another set of towels would have been better why others were getting washed .Complex was nice wouldn't stay ther again better apartments in corrallejo which is a lovely place a bit of money spent on it could be a nice spacios apartment. Overall good communication from owner and a decent apartment to stay in .owner let us check out a bit later than specified.

Well located and spacious enough. The only problem is the mattresses of the twin beds which are a little bit too old and may hurt your back. They need to be changed. No WiFi in the apartment You have to go to the lobby.

Lovely clean, tidy, spacious apartment. Large balcony that is a sun trap all day long.

Just returned from a weeks stay here, had a brilliant time with lots of useful information from the owner, great communication before we had left the U.K. Complex is very close to Main Street with lots of places to eat and shop, beaches only a short walk away making this an ideal base for your holiday. Fans were provided in each room which was a godsend for us and Paul who looks after the apartment in Corallejo was easy to get hold of to arrange a later check out time. All in all a great holiday and will definitely be booking this apartment again and already recommended to friends xx

Well equipped 1 bedroom apartment on a great complex with 4 pools, poolside bar, restaurant and shop

Lovely 1 bedroom apartment , sleeps 2 people in bedroom and also sofa bed in lounge to sleep 2. Has all that you need as a base for your holiday, bath with over head shower and electric socket in bathroom for electric razor or toothbrush, 2 lovely big mirrors. Bedroom has ample wardrobe space plus couple of drawers , bedside units, large mirror plus storage cubes that I used to put the folded up t-shirts and a much needed fan. Kitchen has twin hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge freezer and washing machine. Lounge has a sofa, coffee table, lovely table and chairs, t.v and a fan. Balcony with table and chairs. A great little base for your holiday on a great complex with 4 lovely pools with plenty of sunbeds and in a great location just over the road from the water park, market, mini golf and the high street. Kids club is on twice a day and free for all plus different activities during the day including water aerobics, rifle shooting, darts, table tennis and in the evening karaoke, bingo, music quizzes. Had a great 2 weeks, thank you Jackie

Great apartment. Very clean & central to resort

Fantastic, clean apartment. Just returned from a weeks stay here with my partner & 2 teenage kids. Everything you need with a few extras (hairdryer, washing machine). Lovely balcony that is a sun trap as you get sun all day. The pool area is lovely & plenty to do around the pool (table tennis, pool, Zumba) The apartment is few mins walk from main strip with loads of lovely restaurants & shops. Close to beach also. We will definitely be booking again! Thank you Jackie for a lovely winter break in the sun!

New Year in Coralego

Spent a lovely week in Coralego. The location of the apartment was perfect, well within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants as well as the amazing beaches and national park. The complex was well maintained with lovely pools bar and restaurant. The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed. The decor and furnishings were a little tired, sorry Jackie but the beds and sofas were in need of some TLC. Booking of the apartment was very straightforward and the information and tips sent by e mail were great. Thank you also for arranging the transport to and from the airport this was perfect. We would certainly return to this lovely area of Fuerteventura.

Perfect accommodation, perfect holiday!

After having a nightmare with an online travel agent I was so pleased to find Jackie's perfect apartment in the perfect location. Jackie responded immediately when I made an enquiry about booking and couldn't be more helpful in relieving my stress and helping to answer any queries I had. The apartment is on an amazing resort, close to everything you need for a brilliant holiday yet quiet enough that you can get a great nights sleep. The resort has several pools, is a stones throw from the only water park on Fuertaventura, and is just around the corner from the main road with hundreds of brilliant restaurants to choose from. I'm hoping to book again for next year and can't wait to go back. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, we had a great holiday. Thank you so much :) :) :)

Perfect apartment in fantastic location

We stayed at short notice, and found Jackie to be extremely helpful and efficient via email regarding our booking. The apartment is perfect size for a family with 1 or 2 small children, and is presented very well with added extras you don't get if booking direct with oasis Dunas ie tv/hairdryer and a simple yet functional kitchenette with hob, fridge freezer and washing machine. One small flight of stairs leads you to the pretty gardens which open into the pool area. A 6 yr olds paradise - 5 water slides and various depth pools, all surrounded by plenty of sunbeds and a very reasonably priced and sociable pool side bar (hubby quite enjoyed the happy hours). The staff are all friendly and the kids daily games / mini disco was a huge hit. We ate once in the onsite buffet restaurant for breakfast, but at 22euros for 2 adults and a child, we reasoned it wasn't value for money. There are so many beautiful cafes overlooking the harbour that offer a huge variety of dining experiences, it would be a shame not to enjoy them. We recommend this apartment if you have kids and want to give them a holiday they'll remember for a lifetime, while retaining some sanity yourself. Corralejo is a perfect mix of old traditional town squares with live music and quiet shoreside cafes, yet has just enough glitz and package holiday appeal (touristy shops, bars etc) to appeal those who prefer bright lights and noise. We shall definitely return to both this apartment and beautiful Corralejo.
