Charming private corner house in a seafront position at the “Puerto Colon” port with stunning views of the ocean, marina and La Gomera. 3 mins walk to the beach. The complex has 2 heated swimming pools, beautiful gardens. The house is located in Play de Las Americas, close to a large supermarket, bars, restaurants, shopping centres. 20 mins from the airport. Large living room with high ceilings. Comfortable couches, wide screen TV. 2 double bedrooms with king size beds. 1 main bedroom with super king size bed, one extra single bed available. Newly installed fully equipped kitchen. Private garden, terrace with barbecue, outdoor furniture.

The house is in an excellent location stunning views from the balcony in easy reach of all amenities. It is clean tidy and comfortable we were a party of 7 including 3 children and it suited us perfectly It is also very peaceful we had no noise throughout the day or night

We stayed here for 10 days the apartment is absolutely fantastic spacious well equipped and very clean and what a view from the balcony only 10 minutes walk to the main strip of las Americas but still plenty of bars and things to do close by my kids particularly loved the pool centre that was only 5 minutes walk away yes the parrots were a little noisy but we got used to that after a couple of days and didn’t bother us will definitely book again

Great appartment

Nice place, shame about the parrots. Because the balcony receives the sun all day we spent a lot of time on it just reading. Then the parrots start to get on your nerves. If you were out walking during the day it would be fine. Would go there again. Christine was great and the apartment is very well equipped.

You will need to know

If you want to have a quiet family holiday in a clean house then this is NOT the holiday home for you. I have contacted the owner about the state of the holiday home and he has blamed all the problems with the property onto his maintenance company even though some of the issue are seen on reviews. I have stayed in Tenerife in a number of locations over the past 30 years being married to a man from Tenerife we often go on holidays and I have never stayed in a place as bad as this. There was no welcome pack not even a bottle of water apparently they do NOT supply a welcome pack so you need to arrive with your own especially if you have a late flight. The pillows and mattresses were severely stained yellow and strong smell from other peoples sweat. We could not use them. The showers were dirty covered in scum from previous holiday makers and the downstairs bathroom was covered in growing mould all over the tiles and ceiling and the smell was awful. The windows were held closed by tissues jammed in the handle broken cracked chairs on the upper dinning terrace a dirty used washing up sponge which the owner said they didn’t supply. The house is an upside down house so the bedroom is next door to a very noisy bar open to early hours of the morning and if you look on Google maps across the pathway above the white sands restaurant you will see a large amount of cages where there are approximately 8 very noisy parrots kept on the roof terraces squawking all hours of the day and night.

We take negative feedback very seriously. We have cleaned and resealed the showers. A new set of mattresses is on order. Our cleaner was notified of the issues. Indeed we do not provide a welcome pack so please bear this in mind when packing or coming from the airport at night. Some things are usually left from previous guests, like toilet paper, tea, coffee, salt, etc. Mercadona is 5 mins walk away and there is also a small supermarket right on the promenade. As for the noise I am not responsible what cafes or restaurants do with their music. We go there ourselves with 3 children and we don't have an issue with music or parrots. But if you like it super quiet, you shouldn't book a house facing the promenade in the centre of everything. And we have many happy guests who return to us every year.

Stayed as family of 6, the property was ideally situated with great views overlooking the water. The property is over 2 floors giving plenty of space. The property was well equipped like a home from home,.check in and check out was easy, also a special thanks to Christine who manages the property, always on hand and a great help if needed. Will look at again when returning to Tenerife.

Das Haus ist in einem absolut heruntergekommenen Zustand. Die Küche ist total verdreckt. Geschirr, Pfannen und Töpfe verdreckt und unbrauchbar. In den Schlafzimmern ist überall sichtbarer Schimmel und Feuchtigkeit. Die Matratzen sind total verschmutzt und fleckig. Das kleine Bad ist verschimmelt und nicht nutzbar. Die Toiletten wurden scheinbar länger nicht gereinigt. Kot und Urin im und am WC sichtbar. Wir waren zu viert da und haben den ersten Tag mit erstmal alles gereinigt. Die Lage und die größe des Hauses ist eigentlich ideal. Leider hat uns der desolate Zustand und die absolut unhygienischen Verhältnisse den Urlaub verdorben.Die Verwaltung hat immer nur mit den Schultern gezuckt und auf den Eigentümer verwiesen.

Super fijn vakantiehuis op een goede locatie. De papagaaien waar over gesproken wordt in andere recenties zijn er intussen niet meer. Het enige wat wel fijn zou zijn is airco op de slaapkamers. Nu (begin oktober)was het wel te doen, maar ik kan mij voorstellen dat het in de zomer heet is in de slaapkamers

Compleet appartement met mooi uitzicht op een levendige boulevard en zee. Nadeel is dat er als je met twee auto's komt er alleen betaald geparkeerd kan worden.

La casa no es nueva, está justo en frente del puerto, nuestra suerte es q los establecimientos estaban cerrados, sino imagino q el ruido no nos dejaría dormir, aún así tuvimos unos vecinos adolescentes un poco ruidosos. Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir waren als Familie mit drei Kindern im Schulalter in der Ferienwohnung. Die Ferienwohnung ist groß und entspricht den Fotos im Inserat. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet u.a. auch mit Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Ein großer Kühlschrank und Eisschrank sowie eine Spül- und Waschmaschine sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit Barbara und Christine verlief perfekt. Das Ein- und Auschecken waren perfekt. Wie bereits in vorherigen Bewerzungen beschrieben werden in direkter Nachbarschaft zur Anlage Papageienim Käfig gehalten, die je nach Tag deutlich Krach machen z.T. auch früh morgens. Wir haben uns hiervon jedoch nicht den Uralub verderben lassen und sie ignoriert so gut es ging. Man kann die Anlage über verschiedene Ausgänge verlassen und ist direkt auf der Promenade. Der Weg zum Strand dauert kaum 5 Minuten. Der Strand ist gepflegt und es gibt kaum hohe Wellen, somit perfekt für Urlaub mit Kindern. FAZIT: Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Vi var tre vuxna och tre barn i åldrarna 9, 13 och 15. Fin och stor lägenhet i två våningar. Ett sovrum uppe och två nere. Kanonläge, strandpromenaden, restauranger, supermarket precis utanför. Nära till La Pinta stranden, ca 3 min promenad. Jättetrevligt poolområde. Rent och snygg område. Christina var en underbar värd, vi fick ett mycket trevligt bemötande. Det enda minus var papegojorna som satt i burar i huset bredvid. De lät extremt mycket på kvällarna och de störde när vi satt på balkongen . Vi tyckte synd om dem. Vi har redan bokat detta boende igen.

House at Club Atlantas

There was no problems with location as we were familiar with the area. The problem with us was the layout of the rooms (we were a party of four in our late seventies) and the photos did not show how small the upstairs bedroom was we had to move the king size bed to get the door closed which made it very difficult to access the bed. The shower room was also a problem getting in and out due to it's very small size. The house itself was very nice and well kitted out.

Great apt in good location central to everything

Plenty of room for a family of 5, easy check in with Christine at property and great there was a garage to use. Easy walking distance to everything. Loud parrots on rooftop opposite, but this did not disturb us too much as we were out mist of the time. Peaceful and quiet at night. Would recommend this property.
