Heated pool available during the winter. Modern villa with stunning beach and sea views from all rooms. Perfect for group trips. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants, parks, shops and playground. The villa has various zones for dining and socialising, as well as a BBQ terrace.

The lower ground level (still with the same great views) features a private private pool and a heated jacuzzi.

This villa is conveniently located near various amenities with several restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.

The nearby park offers a great breakfast/lunch restaurant, as well as a skateboard park, basketball and football pitches, zip liner etc.

The property is just a short walk from the the choice of two beaches. We provide beach towels so you can travel light and make the most of the great coastline. The beach promenade is a great walk along the coast to walk to nearby town and Port.

The prestigious Finca Cortesin beach club and golf club are also nearby, providing additional opportunities for leisure and entertainment.

We bought our apartments and villa here in Casares simply because the area is so beautiful and diverse. The location is peaceful and spacious, and there’s plenty to do nearby if you want to be active - beach/golf/walking/cycling/bird watching etc. If you do just want to chill – it’s fab! If you're into great food, there's so much choice from casual beach-side, international in Duquesa, Marbella and Puerto Banus, and rural ventas -traditional Spanish, including some fantastic conversions.

Why they chose this property

We love Casares Costa because of the fantastic facilities in the area. There are some beautiful beaches and the marina boasts a great range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Malaga airport less than an hours drive away.

The property is just five minutes walk from the the choice of two beaches. We provide beach towels so you can travel light and make the most of the great coastline. For those who enjoy a more active holiday, you can take advantage of discounted rates at the nearby Casares golf and the Dona Julia golf course.
