Lots of equipment in kitchen, beds v comfortable, showers too, second stay here and would definitely recommend.Some minor improvements would be addition of a coffee table in lounge and wardrobes in bedroom, also a manual for the microwave which us numpties couldn’t workout how to use

Wonderful stay.

The apartment is clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. Location is great, a ten minute walk to St Peter’s, old town with restaurants and grocery nearby. A plus is the bakery directly across the street. Highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable, large well presented apartment which is extremely well equipped. Self catering would be a very viable option as everything necessary is provided. Probably the best equipped we have ever rented.

Super location, easy walk to bar walls and city. Nice spacious apartment and a bonus having two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Owner is lovely and really caring. Only FYI really is that you are on a busy main road, so if you have to open windows and secondary glazing, it will be noisy, but it wouldn’t deter me from staying there.

Alison and Ellen could not have been better hosts. The property is immaculate and they provided everything to get our break off to a great start. The property is a ten minute walk max to the centre so once you are there a car is not needed for your time in York. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Next time we are in York this would be our base again.

An ideal location for an extended visit to historic York.

3 Bedford Mews comes with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms and is suitable for four adults. The kitchen is very well equipped and the dining table and living area are spacious. The apartment is an easy walk to the Minster and the Rail Station. Nice to be greeted with a supply of tea, coffee and even a bottle of Proseco. We have stayed here before and will stay again.

Most excellent stay!

We were 4 friends, reunited for a weekend in York, and this flat worked perfectly for us! Plenty of room, fantastic location, and extremely well equipped. We enjoyed cooking a few meals in, and it was a short stroll to the hub of York for everything. The little gifts and personal touches throughout the apartment were lovely, and having plenty of dishes and glasses meant we only needed to run the dishwasher once a day. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a great stay in York!

great location, high quality property

exactly as described a very convenient location, just 5 min walk to walls and centre with most sites. must be said that parking in city gets very busy so having its own space off main roads a real plus. quiet and secure. Rooms, beds and living spaces all a very high standard. In the end we didnt do much cooking etc but kitchen has all you could need. Weather was lovely and hot which meant the floor standing fan also provided was much appreciated and shows how much the owners try to ensure all guests have the best stay possible. highly recommended.

Lovely property in ideal central location

Had a lovely stay here.Couldn’t find fault with the appt. Only problem was gaining entry. Had to contact owner on arrival as my email from VRBO instructed me to advise property manager of approx arrival time about an hour beforehand so that property could be made ready for someone to greet us. Which I did.On arrival no one was there so I had to contact Alison the owner. Seemingly VRBO should have forwarded me entry codes and instructions. Alison couldn’t have been more helpful and stayed on line to give me instructions to enter.
