Traditional 16th century Stone farm houses in a tranquil private secluded position. At a good standard and in keep with the traditional historic beauty with exceptional country views and private outdoor swimming pool. properties have alot of history dating back 1800's, The property is Located in the Haute-viene (the land of 1000 lakes). Large families welcome, team building events welcome, weddings welcome the church is a 5 min walk from the property, Fishing holidays or special occasions. Package Sports Adventure Breaks, (Clay Shooting, Canoe/kayaking, karting, fishing, horse riding, endure / mountain biking etc..)
The hamlet is very private, secluded but in easy reach of amenities of supermarkets, shops, restaurants etc. Coal bbq and plancher. Private pool, terrace, tables and chairs, sun loungers & parasols incuding with a shaded terrace. Located in easy reach of many historical sites and Man made beaches, rivers with water activities in easy reach 2 Golf courses, canoeing/kayaking,horse riding, paintball, fishing, Local farmers markets & antique brocantes. Small family run goat farm within walking distance serving fresh farm produce, Karting track 6 km away, Motocross 6 km away, fishing 5 min walk permits available from the local restaurant in the village, or fish at the rivers and other lakes nearby. Weddings welcome please enquire for further info. The church is 5 minutes walk. Property is a 25km drive from the airport limoges international airport. Flights from london Stansted, london Gatwick, Bristol, Manchester, leeds, bradford, Southampton. car hire available from the airport. The city is 30 km drive from property, river vienne canoe kayaking is a 15km drive. St pardoux lac 40 mins, lac vassiveire and brantome 40 min drive. Bike hire available locally. Car needed as rural. Fishing holidays available, please enquire for a price to fish at some well stocked lakes for carp and catfishing.

We have just returned from a 10 night stay with 11 family members of vastly varied ages, 80years to 1years and had an absolutely great time from start to finish. The host Leanne was super helpful, nice and always pleasant throughout, she communicated with us before our holiday providinb us with info and suggestions before our visit and then came down to the farm house on arrival and during our stay to clean the pool and make sure everything was ok for the family. The whole family would highly recommend this stay it's our first time in France and we will definitely be returning. A car is needed but within half an house in every direction there is loads to see and do. During our holiday us and the kids swam in the pool, lakes, rivers and a small waterpark, we went paddle boarding and kayaking in the local rivers. Had BBQ every night nearly and loved sitting out at the back of the farm house until long after the sun had set in the evenings. The kids really enjoyed the games room once they had enough of the sunshine. Brilliant from start to finish the whole holiday. Thanks again Leanne for having us.

Incroyable séjour

Nous avons passé trois jours entre amis, le logement est super, l'endroit est très calme, éloigné des autres maisons : c'était génial. Pour un week end entre amis : c'est l'idéal.Canoe, karting et balades à proximitéLa communication avec Léanne était impeccable que,ce soit avant ou pendant le séjour, qui était très réactive à chacune de nos questions.Merci pour ce super séjour et à bientôt !

De nombreuses activités et distractions disponibles. Propriétaires disponibles et sympathiques.

Excellent séjour entre amis. La piscine le sauna et la salle de billard et de jeu ont convenu à tous. Les propriétaires (Ben et toute la famille) ont pu nous organiser une session d'initiation au Ball-trap qui a été très appréciée par tous ( même par ceux qui n'étaient initialement pas forcément attirés par cette activité.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans ce gîte ... Dans un cadre calme et magnifique ... Un accueil très sympathique des propriétaires. Des gens discrets et attentionnés, so british ! Rien ne manquait dans la location .. impressionnant, Bravo !!! Que des superlatifs !!! s’il y avait eu la possibilité de mettre une 6ème étoile pour le classement, qu'on l'aurait attribuée !! Encore un grand merci à Leanne Ben et leurs enfants !!! Au plaisir de retourner dans cette rolls des gîtes.

Maison magnifique, rien n’y manque, aussi bien dans le jardin que dans l’équipement de la cuisine. Hôtes présents mais très respectueux et nous mettant à l’aise afin que nous profitions du week-end. Nous avons vraiment passé un week-end superbe entre amis et recommandons vivement cette maison. un gros plus pour le petit cottage, le terrain de pétanque, et la salle de jeux (billards, fléchettes et jeux de palet). Un grand merci à Leeane et sa famille pour son accueil des plus chaleureux, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Excellent séjour

Leanne et Ben et leurs 2 enfants nous ont parfaitement reçus. Ils sont des hôtes non intrusifs et toujours aux petits soins et présents quand nous les sollicitions. La maison est superbe et les prestations à la hauteur des attentes et pour des vacances en famille réussies. Seule la météo n'etait pas au rendez vous.

The limousin is the land of a thousand lakes, excellent for fishing with exceptional scenic country views, walking distance to visit the local goat farm producing fresh cheeses, and a artisan beer distillery. Walking distance to the river and lake.
