We had an amazing few days at Villa Breeze. Yvette and Steve are perfect hosts . The villa is beautiful both inside and out . Everything you could possibly need is provided. Cocktail hour was a real treat . We are DEFINITELY going to stay again . This is definitely a 5 ⭐️property

Lovely, Relaxing Proprety Near the Sea

We chose to stay here at the end of our whirlwind trip to Spain. It was the perfect place to relax and soak in some sun. The owners have paid attention to every detail and it was difficult to force ourselves to head in to Marbella in the evenings for sightseeing and dinners when it was so delightful at Villa Breeze! (Frankly the short walk/drive to the nearest restaurant on the beach (Simbad Beach Restaurant) was more fun than bustling Marbella..but maybe that's just us! ) We had all three rooms of the main level of the home (The owners live upstairs ) and were able to enjoy all of the lounging areas set up with beautiful patio furniture and dining areas. The breakfast and "honesty bar" provided by the owners was prefect for our needs. Because we enjoyed being at the pool so much, the honesty bar snacks became our lunch and we were happy to have them! We wish we would have started, as well as ended, our vacation here as we enjoyed it so very much.

We were initially attracted to the Costa del Sol some 18 years ago primarily because of the strong record of all-year-around sun and warm temperatures, and we also had family connections here. We bought our first property nearly 15 years ago, and have owned a home on the 'sunshine' coast' ever since. We moved 6 years ago to our first villa in the pretty town of La Cala de Mjas just up the coast (which we still own and is available to rent: https://www.ownersdirect.co.uk/accommodation/p8055771 )

Why they chose this property

For many years we had been searching for the 'right property' to open a spacious 'beach-house-feel' luxury villa with good-sized rooms for Guests with the added bonus of an all-year-round heated pool, and with easy access to not just the wonderful Elviria & Marbella beaches, but close proximity of the excitement of Marbella & Puerto Banus, and the quaint charm of La Cala & Cabopino. We recently found our 'perfect home' and after spending 5 months completely renovating and refurbishing it, we are now ready to open our doors to welcome people to enjoy 'our home'. We're excited to see you here.

What makes this property unique

Marbesa, where our Villa is situated, is a lovely community of up-market, high-value private villas, situated beachside of the main A7 highway, easy to find with quick access to the main east/west routes.

The famous Don Carlos hotel, Nikki Beach beach club, and The Beach House restaurant are all walkable from our villa.

Elviria is only a 5 mins drive (30 mins walk along the beach) and has a good choice of Shops, Bars and Restaurants. Cabopino again is only a 5 mins drive but would recommend walking along the sandy beach, through the sand dunes. Marbella Old Town and La Cala de Mijas are only a 10 mins drive in either direction.
