All comfort, equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, electric hob, microwave), Shower room with washing machine, 2 WCs, 2 Air-conditioned bedrooms. TV and wifi Large shaded terrace, garden and parking space on the property. Barbecue available and hammock to relax. First beach 15 min by car, Trade 5 min by car.

Note: The cleaning service is not included. So the house must be returned in clean condition. thank you for your understanding
