We loved the back pattio, hot tub with the wooded setting. The easy walk to main street was also very nice. The house is very comfortable and well equiped.

Boy's Weekend Ski Trip

The place worked out great for our group. We all had our own beds. Hot Tub off the private patio was key to our trip. Bunch of old timers on a ski trip. A soak in the hot tub is a necessity. The place is definitely "dated", but it was all set up for our needs. In house laundry was perfect.

Great Place

We had a great time. Plenty of space, very clean and had everything there you needed. Hot tub was perfect and view from master bedroom was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

The townhouse was great. Comfortable for our party of 7. The garage was awesome as well as the hot tub. There was a nice view from the balcony and patio. Our grandson had fun playing in the snow. patioOur grandson

Very satisfied with this property. Convenient to downtown Frisco and area resorts. Well maintained and equipped. All instructions were clear and complete. While not guaranteed, they did approve early checkin on the day of arrival??

Awesome Ski Condo

Great location. 5 minutes from Copper Mountain. Layout was perfect for our group. Hot tub was very clean and so nice to have right at the unit. Kitchen well stocked. Furniture is dated but we didn’t care. Beds are comfortable and smart TV.

This was a great property for us. Having a garage to lock up the bikes and golf clubs was amazing. The property is definitely dated, but there was nothing broken, missing, or out of sorts. There was a cool old school ski chalet vibe to the place. I'd return for sure.

Comfortable

While condition of condo is quite dated and "tired" (for example, small closed-in kitchen with poor lighting, drawers that are all off-track, old furniture and decor), it did have many positive attributes. For the most part it was clean. It has a heated, attached garage, which was fantastic since we got a fair amount of snow during our stay. It has a really nice, dedicated hot tub (solely for this unit on the covered patio just off the living room, not shared with any other unit). The bedrooms are good size and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was reasonably well stocked. Location was good - short drive (which is very walkable if the roads/sidewalks are clear and not icy) to Main St and to the grocery stores. Overall a nice, older "ski condo."

great find. I’ve stayed in this condo development 4x. through different agencies, firstly private hot tub and heated garage are rare. Extras including a gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and 1st floor 1/2 bath are great. A large smart tv in the living room modernizes an older development. A great value.

Comfortable and Cozy Frisco Condo

Condo was clean, quiet, comfortable, well supplied and exactly what I expected based on previous reviews and descriptions. It was warm, had plenty of room, comfortable. Kitchen would be small for a large group. Two people can be in there at the same time but that's it. Fireplace was nice after a long day outside. Location was cenvenient to town, amentities and expressway.

Family ski trip

Check in was a breeze. Condo was outdated. Bedspread was dirty with mascara. The ceiling in bedroom leaked water on suitcase. Had to move and then listen to water drops on the metal heater all night. Emailed property manager with no response. Overall it met our needs. Slept 8 of us but would not return or recommend.

Frisco

Perfect cozy condo for my husband and I and our daughter, son in law and two grandchildren ages 17 and 19. Great skiing and great location close to shops , grocery stores and restaurants. Condo was well supplied with sheets, towels, and kitchen equipment. It was great having two full bathrooms and the half bathroom near the living room. The upper bonus room was perfect for the kids! We completed two puzzles during our stay. Games and puzzles were provided and great TV options. We will keep this property for future visits. Thank You for a great winter vacation.

Unclean, water leak and no response from property management

Something leaking from under refrigerator making a disgusting mess on kitchen floor. Dirty utensils. Not many necessary kitchen pots, pans, etc. We noticed a water leak coming through the ceiling in master bath when showering. We sent a video to property managers and I tried to call them with no response. It will be a big issue eventually. I will definitely never stay there again.

Location, view

Good size place with two big bedrooms, then an additional loft with more beds. The views from the master bedroom deck are great. Bathroom in master, shared bath for second room and loft (spiral staircase down) and quarter bath main level for kitchen and living room. Really nice to have one car garage to unpack, summer or winter. Fireplace (wasn’t working/on with our visit). Cavet is the place is dark inside. When built 70/80s?, not many windows and or weird window location. That said, location to the all to town is great, neighborhood quiet though friend said she could hear everything from neighbor and thin walls (I couldn’t). Great place for group of family and friends for value and convenience to town.

Ski Trip Vacation

The unit is dated and tired. Basic necessities were covered. One kitchen drawer falling apart when opened, dishwasher bottom rack close to falling out when extended to add or remove dishes. We chose the unit because of the hot tub, the tub worked but the cover was past its prime, waterlogged and very HEAVY - replace it. There were plenty of pillows and nice towels. Overall we were satisfied but not thrilled.
